Very cute sister cafe to Fleurs & Cadeaux/Sans Soleil. Love the continued theme of Japanese menu items/decor & vinyl record appreciation. The space is beautifully furnished. I've been during the weekend & during the week during lunch & the cafe had different vibes but both times were really cool. Unsure if it's every weekend, but I went on a Sunday where they had a few crates of disco/hip hop vinyls for sale & I believe they had someone spinning vinyl to soundtrack the rainy Sunday.

The matcha latte is fantastic & an americano at $3.50 is an excellent price for this area of the city. Service is a bit slower than other coffee shops but this is certainly a place aimed to capture the slow living moments of life (sit down & enjoy company over a coffee & some food). Highly recommend if you enjoy coffee, good music, or even if you're looking to capture some trendy pictures.

2026-06-16 Je suis allée visiter ce café à ma pause du midi car j'adore les cafés & je connaissais déjà fleurs & cadeaux (de l'époque où on pouvait commander du café à emporter). J'ai commandé un flat white, matcha yuzu tonic & un shio pan. Après avoir attendu un certain moment je me suis empressée de prendre mes boissons mais je me suis rendue compte que la personne s'occupant de la caisse ne m'a jamais donné mon shio pan. Mon erreur d'avoir eu l'esprit ailleurs mais je trouve cela décevant que l'employé n'y ait pas pensé non plus! Il n'y avait pas d'autres clients à la caisse, ce n'est pas comme si c'était occupé au point qu'il aille pu oublier l'item. Bref j'ai regretté amèrement d'avoir laissé un pourboire.

J'ai un amour inconditionnel pour Fleurs & Cadeaux/Sans Soleil. Je me suis donc empressée d'aller essayer Cadence 🌹
Mon impression:
Le café vient tout juste d'ouvrir, mais les employés m'ont semblé blasés. Aucun sourire, aucun réel intérêt à conseiller ou à expliquer le menu. Pendant que j'étais en train de demander conseil, compte tenu de mes restrictions, la barista s'est retournée pour faire autre chose, comme si ça n'allait pas assez vite mon affaire…rude.
Nous nous sommes finalement contentés que de boissons, qui nous ont malheureusement tout autant déçus.
Par contre, la merch est 🔥
