All of the hot items we ordered were cold, took extremely long & it wasn't even that busy. Service is slow. Order came out wrong. The bread on my plate was stale & hard as rocks. The'hot chocolate' was cold so I wouldn't even bother going here

Such an unpleasant overall experience & service, the food arrived after an hour of waiting,the staff was partial towards us & prioritized others.

Worst place I have ever been to. We waited for more than an hour just to get our food, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they changed our table three times, which made the experience even more frustrating. Poor service, no organization, & definitely not worth the time or money.

Very disappointing experience. We waited more than an hour without receiving our food, & the behavior of the staff felt discriminatory. I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely overhyped. Waited 20 minutes for the dessert to arrive. The moment we got up to leave after waiting for 20 minutes is when the food arrived. We never got the hot cocoa we ordered. My waffles were mush. Would not recommend, so pricey for what you get.

La nourriture était plutot bonne. Le sucré était parfait, le salé était super.
Mais le service était désastreux. La petite jeune était douce & tellement gentille.
Mais son collègue n'était pas du tout agréable. Une impression de déranger des qu'il y avait un soucis.
Nous avons été servis au bout de 50 minutes, & j'ai dû revenir les voir pour demander la fin de mon repas. Le fameux collègue ne parlait pas très bien français, c'était compliqué de se comprendre. Même si on est a Montréal, parler français ne devrait pas être une option.
En bref, un bon moment gustatif mais moyen au niveau humain.

Je suis allé à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement &, jusque-là, c'était correct. Mais notre premier brunch a été une vraie catastrophe. Nous avions choisi le brunch « Royal », & rien - absolument rien - n'avait de royal. La moitié des ingrédients semblaient recyclés d'autres assiettes ou tout simplement périmés. Les viennoiseries étaient froides, & le saumon avait clairement passé plusieurs jours au frigo.
Payer 80 $ pour ça est tout simplement inacceptable. Même quand je l'ai signalé, personne n'a semblé s'en soucier - &, honnêtement, ils avaient l'air parfaitement conscients de ce qu'ils servaient.
Déception totale.
Le seul point positif : le personnel restait malgré tout accueillant.
