Review Summary

Reviewers describe Cabane à sucre des Sportifs as a warm, enchanting, family friendly sugar shack with a festive atmosphere, a wide range of activities for kids including glissades, inflatables, a farm and a harvest themed experience with carrot and pumpkin picking, and traditional dishes that are generally tasty such as the soupe aux pois and cretons plus maple desserts. The staff are repeatedly praised for being welcoming and attentive, contributing to an overall positive service and a vibe that makes many say they would return for the authentic feel. Some notes mention the food is good but not outstanding, with a few items being too salty or missing sausages, and there are concerns about long lines and overbooking or group reservation issues that could be improved with deposits. Overall, it is seen as a large, family friendly sugar shack with strong appeal for children and families, offering value and a lively celebration that keeps guests coming back.

A commercial cabane a sucre. Food was just OK with a limited menu that doesnt reflect well with the cost of entry. Our waitress wasn't very attentive, & things offered were towards the end of our sitting. Great place to go with young kids, though, lots of slides & outside activities. It was very busy & crowded, felt more like La Ronde than a cabane a sucre. Wouldn't come back.

Upon driving in, I 1. Loved how they had a pay & park option, that way people don't have to wait in a life outside to enter / get seated ect. This is the best way in my opinion to get peoples paid for, the guy we paid to was friendly, lots of parking. The area for the kids to play is phenomenal & amazing, I'm 28 years old & I wanted to slide down the slides & release my inner child since it looked SO inviting & cool. I'd say you can enter the slides at all ages I was way too full after the supper. There is a petting animal zoo area too, which is amazing 😍🦌🐑🐏🐄🦙 The food & service is Incredible. The soup was to die for, full of flavour & delicious / HOT & FRESH. Same goes with the unlimited all you can eat Bacon, Beans, Omelette, Sausages, Mashed Potatoes & desserts as well. The food was flavourful, fresh & from their farm. They have a giant hall with lights & a live band / music area to dance with friends (an adults dancing area, mini bar kinda feel to it) 💃🏻 🪩 🕺 super alive & fun vibe both day & night. They have a fire outside as well at night to father around to keep warm while eating maple tier from the snow. ❄️🍁 VERY kid & family / birthday party friendly . Thank you for our incredible delicious experience! 10/10 overall rating. we will 100% return. 😁🍁 🤤

Very nice place. Slides were a hit with the kids as well as the teens. Once you pay to come on-site, everything else is free (tractor ride to the farm, maple taffy on snow). Didn't have time to check out the indoor ball hockey but I heard it's really fun.
