Review Summary

Cabane à sucre des Sportifs offers a warm, festive, family friendly sugar shack experience with friendly, proud staff and a very traditional menu that keeps plates full and smiles wide. Reviewers highlight the charming decor and authentic atmosphere, the variety of activities for kids including sledding, a farm visit, and carrot and pumpkin picking, and the chance to sample classic maple fare such as pea soup and maple tart, plus the famous maple taffy. The service is repeatedly praised as exceptional, though some notes mention long lines and occasional overbooking during busy events, suggesting deposits or better queue management. Many say the venue works well for all ages, offers good value for the all you can eat format, and suits family days or school outings, with the overall vibe described as memorable and inviting. A few critiques point to overly salty items and wish for more sausage options, but the experience remains described as authentic, festive, and worth returning for.

While the food is what you would expect from a Caban a Sucre, we felt it was a little pricy. Overall we had a great time & the kids enjoyed themselves a lot.

A commercial cabane a sucre. Food was just OK with a limited menu that doesnt reflect well with the cost of entry. Our waitress wasn't very attentive, & things offered were towards the end of our sitting. Great place to go with young kids, though, lots of slides & outside activities. It was very busy & crowded, felt more like La Ronde than a cabane a sucre. Wouldn't come back.

Upon driving in, I 1. Loved how they had a pay & park option, that way people don't have to wait in a life outside to enter / get seated ect. This is the best way in my opinion to get peoples paid for, the guy we paid to was friendly, lots of parking. The area for the kids to play is phenomenal & amazing, I'm 28 years old & I wanted to slide down the slides & release my inner child since it looked SO inviting & cool. I'd say you can enter the slides at all ages I was way too full after the supper. There is a petting animal zoo area too, which is amazing 😍🦌🐑🐏🐄🦙 The food & service is Incredible. The soup was to die for, full of flavour & delicious / HOT & FRESH. Same goes with the unlimited all you can eat Bacon, Beans, Omelette, Sausages, Mashed Potatoes & desserts as well. The food was flavourful, fresh & from their farm. They have a giant hall with lights & a live band / music area to dance with friends (an adults dancing area, mini bar kinda feel to it) 💃🏻 🪩 🕺 super alive & fun vibe both day & night. They have a fire outside as well at night to father around to keep warm while eating maple tier from the snow. ❄️🍁 VERY kid & family / birthday party friendly . Thank you for our incredible delicious experience! 10/10 overall rating. we will 100% return. 😁🍁 🤤

Very nice place. Slides were a hit with the kids as well as the teens. Once you pay to come on-site, everything else is free (tractor ride to the farm, maple taffy on snow). Didn't have time to check out the indoor ball hockey but I heard it's really fun.
