L'ambiance était chaleureuse & authentique, le personnel extrêmement accueillant, & la nourriture… un vrai régal ! Entre le sirop d'érable frais, les fèves au lard, les oreilles de crisse & les pancakes, tout était délicieux & généreux.
On ressent vraiment la tradition québécoise dans chaque détail. Le cadre était magnifique, convivial & parfait pour passer un moment mémorable en famille ou entre amis. Sans oublier la boutique de souvenirs sublime & très abordable. Des produits de qualité à offrir ou à s'offrir ! Le sirop d'érable est le meilleur que nous ayons goûté & surtout 100% local & naturel !
Une expérience incontournable au Canada que je recommande à 100 % - j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! Merci à Dany le patron de l'établissement qui met tout en place pour vous rendre notre visite inoubliable !

Ça faisait longtemps que je voulais rencontrer nos cousins du bout du monde & bien ils étaient là ! & tout était parfait !
Nous avons été bien accueillis par Loulou & Dany. Puis Derek nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'érablière, c'était vraiment intéressant.
A table nous avons mangé de nombreuses spécialités québécoises, toutes plus délicieuses les unes que les autres.
Un grand merci au Chef Stéphane pour ses incroyables pancakes & la découverte de la tarte au sucre que nous avons tous dévorée 🤤
On a fini par les tire sur la neige de Derek, super gourmands !
L'ambiance était chaleureuse, on se sentait comme à la maison chez ces cousins d'autres familles 🥰

Yes, it's touristy. Yes, the food is simple. But if you go in with the right mindset - ready to relax, participate, & enjoy yourself - it's absolutely worth it.
This spot is more than just a restaurant. It's a lively mix of a traditional sugar shack, entertainment hall, mini museum, & gift shop. There's ample parking on-site, & inside you'll find large communal tables where meals are served family-style, adding to the festive, communal atmosphere.
We especially enjoyed the live music & the way they encouraged audience participation, it really brought the whole place to life. Out back, there's a small authentic sugar shack along with a demonstration showing how maple syrup is made, which was a great touch.
The staff is friendly & keeps the energy upbeat throughout the visit.
Overall, a classic Québec experience that doesn't take itself too seriously, just go ready to have fun. Highly recommended!

Cuisine, service & ambiance parfaits mais l'excursion avec Concords Tours était très décevante. Nous devions avoir une visite de l'érablière & une démonstration de la fabrication du sirop d'érable. Les explications ont duré 15 minutes alors que nous étions en pleine période de fabrication.
Sachant que le repas est affiché chez Dany entre 30 & 40 dollars & que nous avons payé 120€ par personne j'ai été très déçue de cette excursion par rapport à la prestation proposée.
We visited this place on our trip in Quebec. I really love the ambiance of countryside style lunch service we had. The food is good. The service is amazing. In fairness, the maple tea is excellent. About our maple tour guide, I learned a lot & maple taffy on ice is a great treat so yum! This place is highly recommended, you will really experience the taste of Quebec food ❤?

We wanted a Sugar Shack on our trip in Quebec, & lucked out finding this one shortly off the highway while driving from a stop over in Gananoque to Quebec City. Come hungry-we are not huge all you can eat people, but given we had had a super small breakfast at hotel early, this was awesome. They did kindly give us a server who spoke English (even though my husband has some French skills) & she explained everything really well. Pea soup to start, which our son proclaimed'how can something taste so good when it has stuff in it I don't like?!'
We went on a Thursday for lunch & they had a fiddler come out & play. Great entertainment. Then the rest of the meal came out. So many choices. Our fave was the egg bake, but we tried it all. We also had a Quebec beer, St Ambrose IPA (extra cost) but it was really good.
At end, we headed outside to get the dipped maple syrup on the ice & since it wasn't busy, we opted for the 5-10 min'tour' of how maple syrup is made. It was neat to see all the collection barrels in the forest. We were pretty fortunate to be here during the syrup season & experience this.
Given we also got to pay a kids price for one of our meals, we thought this was a reasonably priced road side cultural experience for our road trip! We are from Alberta, so it was worth the stop!
The food is unfortunately very mid. I'm pretty certain that they just cook up a BUNCH of fries & sausages & deep fried crepes in advance, but unfortunately when you eat at the second sitting, everything ends up tasting like old frying oil
Notre serveuse était hyper gentille, je recommande de réserver juste au cas où pour le moins de stress possible, la nourriture est a volonté & la tire d'érable dehors est délicieuse, le jeune homme est très gentille & peut même vous expliquer tout le processus pour faire la tire d'érable en français & en anglais!
