Étant des amateurs de chocolat avides, nous reconnaissons, comme les Maya, que le chocolat contient des propriétés magiques. Happened upon it walking around on a sunny day today. Beautiful spot just off Ste Catherine, easily missed. Had milkshakes, affogado, & gelato. The affogado was delicious, presentation was gorgeous, & the boy said his oreo cheesecake Mason Jar Milkshake was the beat shake he has ever had! Prices were reasonable & service was lovely. Definitely a great spot. (Watch you step on the broken concrete at the entrance!)Voir plus

The dish we ordered was really good, we got the c wow, but we found a pistachio with the shell on it & it almost broke a tooth, the shell was in the pistachio ice cream, We told the server & he offered extra ice cream. Eiad's customer service was not best, as we asked for the bill & it took them 20 minutes to bring us our bill to only offer us 10% discount, it was very offensive, as the bill should have been paid by the restaurant in full, not offer extra ice cream or 10% off. It felt like they only care about the money. Which is sad cause the C wow was wow, but because you may lose a tooth if you don't pay attention to what you are putting in your mouth.Voir plus

My partner came & I arrived at C'Chocolat at 8:30 on a Saturday night, & while we were not expecting immediate service, we waited 20-ish minutes to have our order taken. The restaurant was rather full at the time, on staff were two more experienced waiters & a waitress who seemed new on the job. While the wait time is not the service staff's fault, it does show some mismanagement on the part of the management team as three servers does not seem like an adequate amount of staff on a packed Saturday night, especially if one is in training. The waitress who was new on the job took our order & asked us which type of sauce we'd like with our order & gave us options, we chose a sauce assuming that this was part of the meal. Later we came to find that this was an extra 1.50$ on our bill. While the sauce was good & we didn't mind paying the 1.50$ for the sauce, we had preferred if this extra charge was communicated to us, as we would not have had the sauce had we have known that it was an extra charge. I wish this business all the best, but we unfortunately did not have a great time.Voir plus

Très bon service, serveuse souriante & le tout était rapide. Déçue cependant du chocolat chaud 70%. Comme précisé dans plusieurs commentaires, c'est dommage que le prix soit trop élevé par rapport à la qualité des produits. Le chocolat était trop sucré (dommage pour un 70%), un peu trop lourd & à la fois pas assez onctueux du fait que le shot servi avec ne se mélange pas bien avec le chocolat.Voir plus

What a great discovery this was! We came here after a birthday celebration to top off the evening with some dessert. It certainly didn't disappoint! I ordered a waffle but it wasn't your every day waffle. It was topped with decadent items to satisfy your sweet tooth. The drink I ordered was basically a hot chocolate with a shot of coffee. Absolutely loved the food & the service. The hot chocolate tastes really amazing. Waffles & bubble waffles are definitely worth the try as well! Tania was amazing. We were a rather large group, & she treated us with utmost respect & care. She heard us talking about a friend's birthday, so she took back her plate of bubble waffles & brought it back with a little sparkler, & they played a birthday song too! Honnêtement, je suis vraiment déçue de la qualité du chocolat (& du service, mais ça je m'y attendait un peu). Je pensais commander un vrai chocolat chaud crémeux, mais j'ai une une tasse contenant de l'eau aromatisée au chocolat & une mini cruche contenant 2 cuillères de chocolat pour faire mon propre mix. Le chocolat ne se mélangeait pas de façon homogène avec l'eau, de sorte que je me suis ramasser à boire des grumeaux. Je n'ai pas goûter à la nourriture, mais de ce que j'ai vu, je ne pense pas y retourner & je trouve que 10$ est vraiment exagéré pour le produit.Voir plus

We came here for dessert one evening after dinner, it was very busy inside the restaurant. We decided to share one milkshake & bubble crepe. We had the coffee-coffee-coffee jar shake & this was good, felt there was too much ice in the milkshake. The king kong bubble waffle had some great flavours. Would have like to try c'wow from the signature desserts as a lot of people were getting these. Would recommend coming here to try desserts, some great flavours on offer. One negative point is that service is very slow, takes some time to be acknowledged at the door, then for a table to be cleaned & seated.Voir plus
