This place has some of the best burgers in the city. The service can be better. The burgers are all worth the dollars paid. They are delicious & size-appropriate. My personal favorites is the shenanigans burger & five cheese Mac & cheese. The service can improve. Before the pandemic, I would have recommended going to Burger Bar, but since closing a reopening, the service is a hit or miss. I attempted to order out after a hard work day. I was told 10-15 minutes, & I stepped outside to avoid blocking the entrance. I returned to be told the order was never sent to the kitchen. The only way my order would have made it to the kitchen was because the person who took my order never put it into the system. I was extremely upset & did not leave me wanting to return. I did return recently after another day of work & decided to dine at the bar to avoid another hangry situation. The barman was great. He greeted me with a smile & provided excellent service. Luckily, he restored faith in me that the restaurant hasn't gone down the tubes, & I will happily return to increase my rating to 5 stars in the future.

This was my first time at Burger Bar Crescent but had heard such good things so we went as a group of five for my birthday. The service was really good - our server was friendly & prompt, & had a great sense of humor. The atmosphere was great, with lots of people & good music but not too loud. & the food was absolutely delicious! I had the Jack Daniel's BBQ wings (spicy) to start & the flavor was so good! The classic double smash burger for my main was incredible! The char on the edges was perfect & it was so juicy! I would highly recommend! Their fries were a rustic style & perfectly salted. Super good! I will absolutely return. 10/10 would recommend! 👌
Visited for the first time ordered a classic poutine which I loved, decent amount that I could barely finish I'd suggest making a reservation before, it was pretty busy & I had a reservation Great place
Je suis allée avec mon chum & nous avons beaucoup aimé ! J'adore le burger au fromage bleu... vraiment délicieux ! Les serveuses sont très gentilles & le service à la clientèle est excellent. C'est certain que j'y retournerai toujours
Les burgers sont vraiment bon rien a redire en revanche les frites étaient un peu mole dommage. Service au top j'étais au bar aucun soucis. Un peu cher tout de même mais c'est toujours à tester si on cherche un bon burge
Excellent petit restaurant de burgers. Service courtois, attentionné & empressé. Excellente cuisine, aliments frais (j'ai mangé un burger avec salade verte). Très bonne ambiance: beaucoup d'espace pour les clients (les tables ne sont pas collées). 4/5 pour l'ambiance à cause de la musique un peu trop forte, mais ce n'est pas intolérable quand même.
Belle expérience & adresse à revisiter. On s'est régalés dans la nourriture confort food & des cocktails. Service correct. Beau spot sur la rue Crescent.
Can't speak to the service & atmosphere as I did take out but I wanted to submit a review to rave about the smash burger. Honestly the BEST burger I've ever had. Lost a star'cause the fries weren't good at all - soggy & bland. I'll still be dreaming of the burger until I can get it again (minus the fries next time).
Bon burger en général, un poil trop cuit alors juste un peu sec cette fois ci. Par contre, les frites une fois sur deux sont molles, imbibées de l'huile de friteuse. Hier elle était à changer, l'huile. Mais ils savent aussi les faire bien croustillantes, alors tentez votre chance !
The type of food you'd want after a long day, saucy & flavorful. Probably a good idea to avoid for a first date though, it's impossible to eat those big burgers without getting messy
