Located in the heart of Crescent Street, Burger Bar Crescent offers Gourmet Hamburgers, Mac & Cheese, Sweet Potatoes and many other Burger delights. Our upstairs area offers groups for sports nights or parties of any kind the privacy and atmosphere to relax and have a good time.
Burger Bar Crescent is praised for juicy, well-balanced burgers and a diverse menu that runs from smash burgers to Wagyu and bison options, with standout picks such as the Quebecois, Roadhouse, Supersonic, and Firestorm, along with excellent fries, poutine, and a solid beer and cocktails list. The atmosphere is repeatedly described as cozy, lively, and family friendly, with a convenient terrace and fast, friendly service noted by many, though a few visits mention busier times leading to slower service and occasional mistakes. Food quality gets glowing remarks for freshness and flavor, while some reviewers call out rare misses like veggie burgers that are too sour and salty, dry mac and cheese, or a burnt burger, but these are framed as exceptions rather than the rule. Overall, it comes across as a top Montreal option for burger lovers seeking generous portions, plenty of drink options, and a vibrant, easygoing setting in the heart of the city, with many planning to return on future visits.
Absolutely incredible food, everyone loved every dish. We went there with our 3 year old, 5 year old, wife & myself. We liked it so much we went back during our vacation. We had a minor issue the first time & it was taken care of immediately, the staff are very attentive & go out of their way to make your visit special. Would highly recommend for any age group!

Tried this little place on Crescent after the Saint Patrick's Day parade & had a cute little patio. We ordered drinks & they were not bad but seemed like they forgot the alcohol. We ordered food & waited at least 45 minutes & no food came, all other tables on the patio had ordered, got their food & left while we were still waiting. The server was very apologetic but when the food came out the "Chix Dig It" chicken burger was not fully cooked. They quickly made another one & it was pretty good. I am not sure I would actually return to this restaurant because it was really long to wait for the food & it was mediocre at best.
Très bon accueil. Serveurs très professionnels, a l'écoute du client & souriants. Les plats sont bien gourmands, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Je vous recommande ce restaurant pour passer un bon moment à table !!
