Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. The fatoush, yalanji, hummus, kebab & more were all packed with amazing flavors. The packaging was also very well done. I'll definitely be ordering from here regularly.
Where to begin? Service was amazing. Responsive & attentive despite having to serve everyone. Food was amazing. Great food, very flavorful. Presentation was special. Loved the special touches. We had the tasting menu - recommend if this is your first Syrian meal, or if you can't decide what to choose. Only snapped picture of the cold appetizers / notice pomegranates on the fattoush salad… We will come back.
?If you're looking for authentic Syrian flavors with a modern, stylish edge, BROCARD is the place!
It strikes that rare balance of feeling retro, authentic, & effortlessly cool-where the soundtrack shifts from Saint Levant to Kaytranada without missing a beat. The decor is stunning, featuring vintage movie posters, a projector playing B&W films, & even an oud on display.
?We came in for a Friday 18h30 reservation & the energy was already buzzing with a stylish, young crowd. We did the tasting menu on Humam's recommendation, & it was flawless. Every dish from the open kitchen - orchestrated but the talented Talal & Georges, was perfectly timed, flavorful, & beautifully proportioned. For the quality & the experience, the prices are incredibly reasonable. I've already booked my next visit for a larger group. Simply AMAZING!
The best authentic flavor of Syrian cuisine. Very excellent service. The entire staff are very friendly, professional. Definitely I'm coming back there
If you're searching for high-quality, thoughtful Syrian food in Montreal, this is the place. Every dish feels intentional, beautifully executed, & full of incredible flavor. The balance of spice, texture, & depth across the menu is outstanding.
The atmosphere is warm & inviting, pricing feels fair for the quality, & the staff are genuinely friendly & happy to guide you through the menu. You really couldn't ask for much more.
The lamb dumplings absolutely blew my mind - one of those dishes you keep thinking about long after the meal ends. I'm already looking forward to coming back & eventually trying everything on the menu.
Best Syrian food in Montreal with excellent service & truly exciting flavors. The appetizers were fantastic & came with warm pita bread. Looking forward to going back!
This place it is really a 5 star restaurant. I have discovered new flavour experiences. You need to try it & let me know if you discovered new flavors too!
Amazing Syrian food! Fresh, flavorful, & authentic. The staff are very welcoming & the atmosphere is cozy. Highly recommend!
Tried this new restaurant this week through Uber Eats.
I ordered the sujuk sandwich, kebab hindi, yalanji, muhammara, & halawet el jibn (total: $78.69).
Overall, it's a good restaurant. The sujuk sandwich came with salad & potatoes. The sandwich itself was small but tasty-the sujuk had good flavor. However, I didn't love the bread; it felt more like a wrap than a traditional Arabic sandwich.
The only item I really disliked was the yalanji. The rice was undercooked & the overall taste reminded me of canned yalanji from Costco or wtv. They don't specify the quantity on Uber Eats, but we received around six pieces.
Before ordering, I noticed some reviews mentioning small portions. Personally, I felt the portions for most items were fair for the price-except for the sujuk sandwich, which was sadly small & not filling at all.
The halawet el jibn was okay; it came with four pieces.
The muhammara & the kebab hindi were good as well.
Overall, it's a decent restaurant, but in my opinion, Fol Fol restaurant is still much better.
I love it - the atmosphere is cozy & relaxing, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors & perfectly seasoned. You can tell every dish is made with care & attention to detail.
The service was also excellent - everyone was friendly & welcoming.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience real Syrian cuisine in Montréal. Totally worth it!🤩🤩
This might be one of the best hidden gems/new restos in the city. Ordered a few basics for the first time as a test, & the flavors, freshness, value & overall products, simply amazing. The open kitchen almost makes it feel like street food being served. However, this is elevated cuisine at fair price.
Bravo to the friendly staff/ownership for offering wonderful food, in a clean venue, at great value & looking forward to trying the whole menu.
Everything was absolutely delicious - honestly some of the best food you can have in Montreal! Every dish tasted like home, full of authentic flavors & cooked to perfection. The fatteh was on another level, rich & comforting, & the mutabal was amazing - smooth, smoky, & packed with flavor. Eating here truly felt like I was having my mother's food.
The service was just as great as the food - amazing, lovely, & super welcoming. I haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but I'm definitely coming back very soon.
If I could suggest one small thing, it would be to serve the puffy bread instead of flatbread - that would make it beyond perfect. But even as it is, the whole experience was incredible.
