Chic restaurant with amazing food! If you've never tried syrian cuisine & would like to try for the first time, I really would recommend this place. U'll leave in awe!!

I've eaten at a lot of restaurants in Montreal, & Brocard just moved to the top of the list, not just for Syrian food, but for everything. The flavors & textures were incredible,l the service was warm & attentive, & the whole experience felt special from start to finish. This place is something else entirely.
The food was absolutely delicious, the best authentic Syrian cuisine in the city. The hospitality is top notch, servers & chef are super kind, hospitable, & welcoming. Would encourage anyone in the area to try this place out.
The food was delicious, every plate we finished we were already drooling for the next one. Best muhammara I've tasted! The cheese bites mezze were to die for!! Would return anytime
Simplement EXTRAORDINAIRE ! C'était la deuxième fois que nous visitions Brocard hier, & depuis la première, ce restaurant est tout de suite devenu l'un de mes favoris à Montréal. La nourriture est succulente, l'ambiance superbe & le service très accueillant. Oman (désolé si ton nom ne s'écrit pas comme ça ☺?) est là pour vous accueillir très chaleureusement, avec tout le staff également très cordial. N'hésitez pas à y aller. Vous ne le regretterez pas. Bravo & continuez comme ça. Merci infiniment !
Food is amazing! Had the tasting menu which included 7 plates shared between 2 people. We got to taste a lot of their menu & each plate was delicious. I'm of lebanese origin where the food is similar to syrian & the food tasted like home. Service is great & attentive refilling you with warm homemade bread as soon as you're done. Will definitely be back

One word: THE BEST!
I saw this place on Uber last night & decided to give it a chance - so glad I did. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. The fatoush, yalanji, hummus, kebab & more were all packed with amazing flavors. The packaging was also very well done. I'll definitely be ordering from here regularly.
EDIT: After this review, I don't know how many times I've ordered again. Always consistent & incredibly tasty!
My experience was a bit hit & miss... The lamb dish looked really good but as a pescatarian, I had only one option: deep friend fish. The whole plate was beige/brown, lacking flavor & the fish was VERY overcooked. The appetizer combo was good though I was strangely disappointed with the hummus which tasted only of chick peas. The service was friendly but lacked attentiveness. Overall it is worth a try for meat eaters but I really don't understand the perfect rating.
I had a good eve with my friend. My expectations were too high. My experience was average. Fattouch was good. Muhammara was too sweet. Chicken was good. BUT the garlic sauce
was disappointing. Tasted like a mayo with no garlic. Potatoes could have been better. The fish in the sayadeyeh was good but rice was a bit dry & lacked a bit of flavor. Presentation could be better. Girl waitress had a bit of an attitude but the guy waiter was super nice. Chairs are not
comfortable.
