Was referred this restaurant that compares to damas without the crazy prices from a friend. We took the tasting menu for 60$ each & a great bottle of wine for 48$!!! Unrealllll snack for under 200$ will definitely return & recommend to all my friends. Service was great too!

Had a reservation for 7:30, the restaurant was maybe half full. We were seated & then ignored for 30 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. They didn't even want to apologize upfront about that. I like slow dining & all but when we did get our bottle of wine it was easily 60 degrees instead of 40. Took them another 30 minutes to get us a bucket of ice to chill the wine. Took them a long time to bring more water to the table each time. Food was good. Just really inexperienced staff.

My boyfriend & I very recently came here for a date night & ordered the tasting menu. Portion sizes are very generous & the quality was exceptional! You will definitely leave this place satisfied. In addition, our server was very attentive & hospitable. 10/10 would recommend this place to others.

The food was decent, & the prices were reasonable. That said, I expected much more flavour given the type of cuisine, which is usually known for being bold & well-seasoned. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely terrible, & that alone would keep me from returning. Overall, the food was okay, but the poor service ruined the experience.

Je suis venu pour l'anniversaire de mon frère le 10 juillet, & tout était absolument parfait. Les plats étaient tout simplement exceptionnels, parmi les meilleurs que j'ai eu l'occasion de déguster. Un immense merci à Julia, dont le service a été irréprochable du début à la fin : professionnelle, attentionnée, souriante & surtout une excellente mémoire.
Un grand merci également au propriétaire, qui est d'une gentillesse remarquable & contribue à créer une ambiance chaleureuse. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés, autant pour l'excellence de sa cuisine que pour la qualité de son équipe. Encore merci pour cette superbe soirée !

My evening here was overall a pleasant experience. The servers were nice & welcoming. I had the Freeekeh as an entree, the Yalangi as an appetizer & Halawet el Gebn for dessert. I would say the highlight was the dessert for sure. The freekeh was done well, although you couldn't really taste the stock in the freekeh, something I have pointed out to the staff.
One piece of feedback is that I felt that the staff weren't as attentive, at times I had to wait 5 mins to order something eventhough the restaurant wasn't busy at the time.
For a fine dining establishment, the prices were quite inexpensive. For a 3 course meal + drinks my total was around $80.

Overall, Brocard is an elegant & approachable representation of Syrian food culture.
