Je suis en amour! Totalement!
Nous avons récemment déménagé à Bedford & le look de l'édifice avait attiré notre oeil plusieurs fois donc nous avons décidé d'arrêter un lundi soir vers 19h15. (Cuisine fermait à 20h00, j'étais un brin mal à l'aise mais aucune pression, même déborder un peu le 20h00).
Mon conjoint a prit une poutine avec une bière & moi Banh Mi avec un verre de vin. Je n'ai jamais été capable de la bière... mais j'ai goûter à leur bière Saison du Pinacle Australe & j'ai agréablement été très très surprise, tellement que maintenant j'ai envie d'aller essayer toutes leurs bières !!! Mon vin était très bien, comme conseiller par la serveuse. Serveuse qui d'ailleurs était très agréable & comique, elle me faisait penser à Mariana Mazza & j'adore ça!
Mon Banh Mi était délicieux & très respectable 👌
La poutine par contre... j'étais complètement sous le charme, probablement la meilleure poutine que j'ai goûter, complètement dans mes goûts ! La sauce était SUBLIME, du bon fromage squick squick en bonne quantité, les frites avaient un bon goût, la poutine n'etait pas grasse & trempé. Je recommande sérieusement & j'envoie vraiment de grands compliments aux chefs 😍
J'ai bien aimé l'ambiance & le look de la place également.
J'ai l'impression d'avoir gagné au 6/49 d'avoir un endroit aussi plaisant près de chez nous, on se voit bientôt pour essayer vos autres bières & repas 👋

Nous avons fait un arrêt hier à cette microbrasserie assez sympathique.
La bière est bonne, le service, souriant, le problème c'est la bouffe. À mon avis, beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'on retrouve dans notre assiette. Nous avons commandé des hamburgers au poulet qui étaient surcuits sinon presque brûlés & des Fish & Chips, où bizarrement, le poisson était plutôt dur. Je soupçonne la cuisine, de préparer des plats bien en avance & de les mettre au micro-ondes.
Beaucoup trop cher.

Belle ambiance conviviale mais préparer vous a partager une table de pic nic séparer par un bac de fleurs si vous êtes deux les jambes entre les barreaux de bois , bières excellente, menu laisser a désirer .

Great place to go to. Stopped in for a bite on my way through, staff very nice & ready to listen. Great place worth a trip even if it's out of the way

La vraie'brasserie du coin' peuplée d'habitués & de gens de passage. Produits locaux, cuisine sincère & très bonnes bières. Bel accueil.
