Blandino is a neighbourhood Italian inspired seasonal bistro, bar, and patio that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as take out. Its name pays homage to Carmelo Blandino, a Montreal based artist whose work adorns the side of the building. Atelier Zébulon Perron created a nostalgic yet contemporary design that changes as the day progresses. The atmosphere allows for a comfortable corporate lunch meeting or a casual cocktail amongst friends. Come in for a quick coffee, a meal, or an aperitivo. Delivery is also available.

Hello. Your restaurant is very beautiful, clean, & welcoming. Please note that the young lady on duty on August 23 at 9:30 am requires some training in hospitality, as her service comes across a bit rough.
Message for her: Keep your spirits up, smile, interact, & offer the products. Anyone can provide service, but hospitality requires a positive personal attitude.

2 out of 5 stars because because only 1 dish (the gnocchi) & service were satisfactory. The chicken cutlet in the sandwich was paper thin & dry as cardboard with a beautiful grayish tint complimented with wilted lettuce...they might also use yesterday's fries. Soup was luke warm with mediocre taste. Food is slightly overpriced for the quality, but that seems to be the new trend here in Canada.

The primary restaurant within the Hilton Garden Inn (there is also a popular Mexican taqueria called Pancho), Blandino has a beautiful upscale ambiance far beyond what you would expect for a Hilton hotel resto. Very open & spacious, with a large bar in the center, an elevated section away from the windows (which is a little dark & more intimate) & a spacious window facing section with a combination of banquets & tables. All in all, very well appointed.
We enjoyed a lunch time meal but only order two dishes: the Burger & the Caesar Salad. Both options were very good.
Frankly, if allowed I would have given the restaurant 4.5 stars...the reason for 4.0 star rating is because it was (1) lunch time (& relatively quiet) & (2) although a group of 5 we ordered two options (burger or salad) so I could truly evaluate the meals.
Service was very good & friendly. Worth a visit. Enjoy!

Chill & lively atmosphere, attentive staff & delicious food - ❤️ presentation
They had a power outage yesterday, as did most of Montreal.
They kept us informed by text & were gracious when we arrived.
The Burrata salad was divine, has berries in it ;)
The tomato soup was creamy & the meatballs were polished off in minutes.
The Basilicata cocktail yummy & refreshing. If you like sweet, ask for it to be sweetened.

Beautiful restaurant & friendly staff but the food was sadly mediocre but very expensive. The beet salad had frizzy lettuce which was very difficult to eat & tasteless & there were only about four little pieces of beet & one small dollop of cheese. I have eaten this type of salad in many restaurants & this was totally disappointing. Unacceptable at a price of over $20! My friend's pizza was also underwhelming.

Beautiful restaurant, server was great but service felt very rushed. Calamari were very good, pasta with clams were ok, missing flavour & salt, meat was good. Over priced in my opinion for the quality & taste of the food. Disappointed that the drink I wanted was not available.

Beautiful new restaurant ,
Supper was delicious service was great!!. Every dish was fresh & tastey from the burrata with the cherry tomatoes. Cesar salad , salmon tartare & their baked focaccia.the pasta with the wild mashrooms was a huge success!!!

Lovely restaurant with a beautiful interior design. The food was pricey but delicious. The cocktails were so-so. Their signature drink, the Blandino Mule was a bit too sweet & difficult to drink because of all the ice on top.
