As you can see below, We had a terrible experience 7 months ago...
We went back tonight with another couple & the meal & service were excellent! Veronica waited on us & was so nice & professional! Food was exquisite & the whole experience was so positive... The restaurant has fixed the issues & gained us back as customers! Total positives & well done to the owners who fixed the issues...Brasserie Ste Angelique is now on our top list...Well done!
Terrible!!! We support their other restaurant ( Main Kitchen) in Hudson which is great...This new restaurant was our first visit & last! Went for dinner with a res for 6.30 PM walked out at 8.30 PM without dessert or other...We were 4 tables in total! Food was not up to par. Quality was fine but preparation was way off...Appetizer for my wife was a baked brie with a maple syrup coulis...Served in a pastry. No salt or pepper on the table & no bread..We asked for bread & after 5 minutes I went to the only waitress on duty & asked for the bread as she was chatting at the bar...She said the bread was in the oven as they had no'regular' baguettes but crostini. She finally came back with the crostini with garlic on them & they were cold...Think they were from a previous order as they were cold & not been in the oven & hard as rocks..Main dish for my wife was a surf & turf which was quality but all veggies way overcooked. I had scallops which were quality & well prepared but my meal was served almost cold....One waitress on hand & not'on the ball' I can imagine if the place had been full! Two hours & spent over $ 200.00 & not going again...No quality control & I suggest they get their act together as the business will not last based on what we experienced...

This restaurant is in a class of its own. I recently had the pleasure of participating in their very first 7 course tasting dinner. Each course was outstanding. The service was impeccable & the ambiance delightful. What an experience! Congratulations to the chef.

Un petit resto qui nous a servi un brunch superbe un dimanche matin. Des gauffres savoureuses, de bons cafés, tout était délicieux & les portions étaient généreuses. Quoi demander de plus ?

Waiting over an hour for food at 50$/ plate is unacceptable. The food was ok, but luke warm. My mother did love her lamb shops. The waitress Veronica was amazing & professional. The bartender also very good especially her own creations. Will we be back, NO. There are other restaurants in the area with better kitchen service. If the kitchen can not meet the demand, don't take on as many reservations.

Je suis très heureuse d'avoir découvert un endroit aussi charmant! Le personnel est super accueillant & souriant! J'ai découvert le menu pour le déjeuner & je vais certainement revenir pour le souper 🥰😍

Beau potentiel mais vraiment pas bon. Les aliments on été servis tiède…. Lent pour le service… bouffe fade… pas de sel ni de poivre sur la table…. Il y avait a peu près 15 personnes… & que dire des prix! Ouf à ce prix on mange & on est pris en charge de meilleur façon que ça ailleurs. Vraiment dommage …. Pour nous c'est non

C'était absolument délicieux!!! & l'ambiance très agréable. Je le recommande fortement! Vous ne serez pas déçu! Essayez les escargots…DIVIN & le steak coupe New-York incroyable! Les légumes cuits à point! De plus les portions sont très généreuses. Je suis d'habitude très difficile & je n'ai rien à dire j'ai tout simplement adoré !!!
