A must-visit for real ice cream lovers! I ordered two scoops-pistachio & chocolate-& both were incredibly rich, creamy, & full of flavor. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The portion was so generous, I was honestly surprised-in the best way! What made it even sweeter was the lovely lady at the counter who asked if I wanted nuts on top. Who has the best Ashta bouza in town? We can easily call it Bouza Boutique, the style, taste, collection of the homeland if you live in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan or Palestine, authentic mistaka is in the flavor & if you see the ice cream stretch while you take a bite then you are having the original taste of home.
