Nice staff, good ice cream, a bit pricey.
The place is hidden on the side of the plaza, but trust in Google Maps & it'll get you there.
Tried the'Bouza with Madlouka' & it was very good. It is ashta ice cream topped with a layer of madlouka dough (sweet pistachio dough). It has just the right amount of sweetness to it.
The ice cream is expensive ($20/500g), but the dish I tried will get me to come back & try another specialty of theirs.

Today, I had a delicious chocolat mou at Bouza. I have been looking for years for a place in Montreal offering it. I haven't had it for almost 40 years!! The service was excellent with big smiles.
