On September 9, Fermes en Ville will transform Esplanade Louvain, in the heart of the District Central, into a spectacular open-air dining experience for 300 guests.
Presented by Chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard, the multi-course menu will showcase ingredients grown and produced in Montréal, sourced from farms located within 8 km of the banquet.
Mushrooms, vegetables, fresh herbs, honey, Arctic char, and other urban harvests will be reimagined to showcase a Montréal terroir that is both surprising and delicious. Chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard also has plenty of other surprises in store for guests.
Under the string lights and surrounded by the gardens of Esplanade Louvain, guests will gather for a festive, warm, and one-of-a-kind evening that brings together urban farms, gastronomy, and the city.
The banquet is organized by SDC District Central and PME MTL Centre-Ouest as part of Fermes en Ville.
