Délicieux! Ça y est, tout est dit! Ce petit « Co’Pain » est un véritable incubateur de saveurs. Si l’on y retrouve aussi les produits qui font la réputation des Co’Pains d’abord, la boutique au coin de Rachel et Saint-Denis se démarque par son offre de viennoiseries particulièrement créatives. Le propriétaire chérit ses clients et propose régulièrement de nouveaux produits originaux. En saison, on y déguste des brioches à l’érable, des « casseaux » de fraises, des choux-choux aux épices indiennes, des chocos grand cru, des chocolatines aux bleuets, des petits pains à la citrouille, etc. C’est aussi un des meilleurs «spots» à Montréal pour les croissants et pour les bûches de Noël. Ça vaut le détour!

Best patisserie in the plateau. i love many bakeries in the neighborhood, so many good ones but this is the best. The croissant, the cakes, the danoises.. everything is sooo good. & it feels like a small neighborhood patisserie in france

Delicious bakery. Ordered a croissant & apple pastry, Natural, fresh, & well made. They also have fresh breads like baguette or loaves, coffee, jams, & more. Staff was friendly as well. The shop itself is tiny so not so good for hanging out.

If you are looking for that flaky & crispy on the outside croissant, look no further than this small bakery. They have an assortment of delectable goodies you won't regret buying & prices are affordable. We tried some of the recommended croissant crawl, I have to say this store is number 1 for me.

This place is small & narrow so not really the place to stay in ... but did not have choice & ordered our hot chocolate, bottle of peach tea & choose the classic croissant, croissant almond, kouign aman:) the 2 croissants were fantastic; buttery, crispy outside for the classic one & leafy inside! The almond one was filled with a lot of frangipane & was just so moist inside. The kouign aman was for me disappointing because too dense & dry...

Their pastries are literally just like the ones in Paris. Croissant is perfectly buttery & flaky. Everything is made fresh in house.

This place was fantastic. We ended up here twice for breakfast & loved it both times. Very good coffee, a big assortment of baked goods. The ham egg & cheese I'm there croissants with pesto was A huge highlight. The staff helped us & was very friendly & doing so. I did notice that if you try to engage in French but let them know that you don't speak French, they will speak English & be very helpful. That's not just in that establishment that is a citywide thing. If you are a tourist, please take the time to learn a little French to engage in conversation. But if you're looking for a good breakfast spot or just somewhere to stop in for a coffee & a croissant or the ultimate dessert, the kouign amann give this place a try.

I refuse to believe there's a better bakery in montreal, although I will keep trying new places. They have the best Abricotines! They truly made me start liking apricots which used to be tbe only food I didnt eat-& I mean the only! They have the perfect croissants! I love everything I have tried here & I have tried 70% of their menu!

On a mission to find the best croissant in Montreal I do believe we have found it here. Flaky & crisp on the outside. A good pull on the inside. Great buttery flavour on its own. Service is good but the place gets busy & when we were there staff was brisk & a little brusque. But I get that. Crowded - deservedly. Best thing is that the menu is large enough for just about viennoiserie craving. We also had a pizza on croissant dough. Fabulous !

J'ai toujours entendu beaucoup de bonne choses des Co'pains d'abord ; meilleur croissant de Montréal apparemment. Malheureusement, j'ai été décu de mon expérience. J'ai commandé du pain, croissant, chocolatine & baguette. Tout les pains étaient très secs. Pareil pour les croissants. Ils étaient bons, mais franchement, je m'attendais à un peu plus. Bref, c'était bon, mais déçu de la qualité des produits. Point positif : les prix étaient très justes.

I pass by this place & there is always a line up! Only today I decided to try it. Best croissants hands down! Very friendly service & an amazing selection at good prices.

Rated as the second best place to get croissants, this place did not disappoint! The space was a little small, but it was filled with pastries & coffee. One thing I noticed was that their chocolatines & croissants had many layers, a testament to its quality. I sat at the high bar feeling really cozy, with my chocolatine & mochachinno. I expect to go again in the near future.
