I came all the way from Manitoba to visit Montreal, & after hearing great things about Boulangerie Le Toledo, I knew I had to stop by. It ended up being one of the highlights of my trip!

The pastries were absolutely incredible-fresh, buttery, & some of the best I've ever had. The staff were also incredibly friendly & took the time to help me choose a few pastries to try, & every recommendation was delicious.

I accidentally ordered a croissant that had meat in it. It was completely my mistake, & I didn't expect anything in return when I asked if I could exchange it. To my surprise, Elsa, who was working at the counter, refunded me the full amount for the original croissant without me even asking. I was honestly shocked by such kindness & generosity, especially since the mistake was entirely mine.

A huge thank you to Elsa & the entire team who were working on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, around 2:00 PM. Your warm welcome, outstanding customer service, & genuine kindness made my visit unforgettable. It's rare to come across people who genuinely care so much about their customers.

If you're visiting Montreal & want amazing pastries paired with exceptional service, Boulangerie Le Toledo is an absolute must-visit. I can't recommend it highly enough, & I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Montreal!

The bread & pastries are usually great. The service is excellent but the place doesn't have much comfortable space to sit down. They tend to over-bake though & sometimes it is almost burnt.

My second visit. Its now a staple for me in Montreal. Baked items are all done correctly with fair prices. Great service. Tried their italuan sandwitch for the first time & wow. Omg!!!! So good.
This place is so dangereous, you want to buy & eat the whole store.

Ma deuxième visite & probablement la dernière malgré que les pâtisseries & la foccacia soient très bonnes. Après avoir dépensé plus de 40 $, je m'attendais à au moins un merci madame pour votre visite & bonne journée. Bref, la serveuse est très froide & m'a empêché d'acheter davantage car je voulais acheter d'autres choses mais elle n'était absolument pas attentive. C'est bien dommage. Avoir un tel service, je préférerai me servir moi-même. Peut-être envisagé le self-service. Car vos pâtisseries sont excellentes mais je ne reviendrai plus car j'ai trouvé mon expérience dans cette boulangerie extrêmement désagréable. Je préfère de loin le service à Verdun. Meilleur accueil & serveuse au comptoir très agréable. Hors sur Mont-Royal ce n'est absolument pas le cas. La serveuse est extrêmement désagréable & zéro attentive.
