A Tantalizing Experience. Bouillon Bilk is a must for those who seek an experience like no other. If you are willing to play with different flavours & textures I would highly recommend their tasting menu. An incredible assortment of dishes, uniquely curated to highlight nothing but pure flavour. It is one of the best restaurants I have been to in my life. The service was impecable, & our waiter & other staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. This is one of the best tables in Montreal & I stand by it - I've been dining at Bouillon Bilk for almost 10 years. If you like scallops, their version is a classic for a reason. Always perfectly cooked & paired with seasonal vegetables. Keep the bread to pick up all the delicious sauces that come with the dish. All the other entrees & main are good, creative & beautiful to look at. The service is premium - I never got a bad wine pairing with my meal. I highly recommend!Voir plus

Quelle belle expérience que d'avoir mangé au Bouillon Bilk. Tout était merveilleux, en passant par le service courtois, poli & amical par l'excellence de chaque plat servi. Mon mari a pris les raviolis & moi les pétoncles. C'était PHÉNOMÉNAL. Ils ont même souligné mon anniversaire avec un petit chocolat & une chandelle.
