The truffle & egg pizza was incredible. I also recommend the arancini. My only complaint is the pizza wasn't cut (maybe a French Canadian thing) & service was slooooow. We spent 90+ mins here for a lunch & were late getting back to the office.View more

Rushed service to clear us out for the next batch even though we had reserved.
The'complimentary' San Pellegrino offered at the start, is not free. The meatballs were good but the main dish of perogies in the same sauce as the meatballs, was tasteless. They stated it was gratine with parmigiana. It was mozzarella instead. The ravioli with a mushroom type sauce was pretty good but the portions are tiny. I think a safer bet is to get pizza rather than their pasta.
The tiramisu is always good here but the dessert ravioli is not sweet enough.
All in all we were pressured to hurry up & finish. We had our bread basket whisked away as I was reaching to have another slice.
Not cool.
Came here two years & the experience was great, but it wasn't on mothers day.View more

Belle variété de Vins d'importation privée. Je n'avais jamais goûté à un riesling italien & j'ai été très agréablement surprise! Tout était délicieux entrées (calamars frits, salades de tomates, mozzarella di buffala & basilic) en passant par les plats principaux (pizza & pâtes), au dessert (gelato maison à la pistache! Le.meilleur que j'ai goûté depuis longtemps !). Le service était impeccable & l'ambiance agréable. I usually stick to the margherita pizza. The one here is pretty good. I'd give it a 7.5/10. It had been a while since I had been here. I was very disappointed with my meatball order. Although it's good, for $8 per meatball, it's way too much. The size of the meatball is half of what it used to be. I'll never order that again as I don't like to be ripped off. Calamari are ok but not the juiciest you've ever had. Gnocchi are good but the large portion could be bigger. I thought they made a mistake when they brought it to the table.The Mrs had the specialty pizza which had different types of cheese & truffle. We both did not like it. It's also way overpriced. It was something like $34. Service was good.View more

Nothing to rave home about. Dough was very gummy. The pizza had a lot of crust & barely any toppings, so basically you're eating just dough; same for the calzone, barely stuffed with any ingredients. The radicchio salad had 4 small pieces of radicchio & the rest was spinach, not really a radicchio salad more of a spinach salad. The flourless chocolate cake was not fresh.View more

How do I not start with the end. It was one of the best desserts I have ever had. A moist dense zucchini & almond pound cake covered in mascarpone & a strawberry compote garnished with a mint leaf. To die for. Authentic Italian oven baked pizzas with few other dishes & specials that change regularly. This place never disappoints. Ever. They should also run a school for training hospitality staff because they make you feel like you are the only guest in the house when it is busy, & it is always busy here. They all know the menu well because they can answer any question about a dish in a way that will help you make a choice you will love. Well done.View more

Très bon restaurant! Service bien, mais la distance entre les tables est peu importante donc un peu difficile de discuter. Cuisine délicieuse, mais les prix un peu élevés en ce qui concerne l'entrée. Je recommande les calamars frits bien que l'entrée était très coûteuse par rapport à la quantité. De plus, la sauce tomate aurait dû être incluse dans l'entrée de calmars. Mention spéciale aux couteaux qui sont de très bonnes qualités & qui coupent très bien, ainsi qu'aux pizzas délicieuses. En terme de dessert, le tiramisu & le sorbet aux framboises sont d'excellents choix. Ne choisissez pas les gnocchis toutefois qui sont accompagnés d'une sauce légèrement acide. Très belle découverte à Laval. La nourriture est vraiment très bonne, le service est quand même bon & l'ambiance du restaurant est sympa. Petit bémol sur l'accueil lors de l'arrivée & sur les prix qui sont selon moi légèrement trop élevés pour ce que l'on y mange/boit (pizza & vin dans mon cas). Je recommande cette pizzeria :)View more

Spent over 100cad as a solo business dinner. Noisy, slow service with an attitude... As a solo Patron I was ignored a lot when needing help. Pizza is exceptionally good & true Neapolitan grade. Good salad but.... Mediocre desserts: cheap Tiramisu (where is the mascarpone?) what can I say mine is better! Sad Pistachio gelato, great consistency but taste just like sugar, & I was given a sad attitude from the Kitchen when I sent it back. Anyway, I would go back but will stay away from the desserts.View more

Super découverte! Nous voulions y manger sur place mais beaucoup trop de monde & de bruit. Une ambiance familiale avec les tables façon cantine, il y a vraiment cette ambiance de partage. Cela explique ca réussite. Du coup nous avons pris a emporter. Très bon accueil, sourire de l hôtesse & un service tres rapide. Nous avons pris la Quattro Formaggi ,Tartufo Nero & la Diavola toutes délicieuses. Ca fait tellement plaisir de manger de vrai pizza italienne! Ce sont l une des meilleurs pizza que j ai mange. Wow wow wow !!! de très loin , la meilleure pizza four a bois que j'ai mangée !! Moi & ma fille avons adoré!! J'espère que vous allez garder la constance... normalement je change uniquement quand le cuisinier effectue une erreur dans la cuisson ou le goût de ma pizza , sinon , si je reçois tjrs ma pizza comme les 2 derniere fois que je suis venue , je vais être longtemps votre client! excellent service de l'ensemble du personnel! The service was slow & when the food arrived, the pizza crust & bottom were pretty burned for everyone on the table. One of the pizzas was overly salty. Also, the server upsold us on water. Definitely didn't expect this quality of food from the reviews. The ambiance was nice though, but it's the first & last time we go there.View more

La Pizzeria Bottega est restaurant que je recommande fortement pour plusieurs raisons : 1. La nourriture & la boisson : Ne vous limitez pas seulement aux pizzas ! Les entrées sont tout autant délicieuses & remplies de saveur. La carte de vins est très complète & ils ont un vin abordable un peu "passe-partout" (Voir la photo). 2. Ambiance parfaite : Même lorsque le restaurant est plein, il est possible de se parler facilement sans avoir à augmenter le ton. La clientèle est respecteuse des autres clients. 3. Le services est également très bon. Notre serveuse était visiblement très contente d'être là & nous recommandait de très bon choix de repas. 4. Prix : Maintenant les prix dans les restaurants peuvent être très dispendieux pour cette qualité de nourriture, mais à la Bottega la facture total est assez raisonnable. Buratta salad, arancini & margarita pizza were very good. Pizza is large enough to split between 2 especially when ordering an appetizer. Pistachio Gelato was delicious but pricey for gelato ($10 a scoop). Only complaint was that the 6 of us were seated next to the entrance & the waiters kept on bumping our chairs when moving behind us to get to other tables. The restaurant wasn't full & the table in front of us would have been a better placement since it remained empty all night.View more
