i went there two weeks ago with my cousin & two 9 year olds, we went there for a girls night, the service was long & awfull we went there at 8:30 we got our food at 9:30 & left the restaurant at 10:30. I payed more than 100$ & as 18 year olds that was a lot. I left a tip & the waiter was not happy, he got aggressive with his words, acting like a begger & created a whole problem for a tip. The girls got scared & they dont want to go there anymore. As i went to go talk with the manager (she couldnt care less) he went behind my back, cursed me out & did me the middle finger i went back & he started yelling & made a even bigger scene. Never ever going back do NOT recommend.

Good food & amazing staff & aside from the music being a bit to loud for my personal tastes the atmosphere is great as well.
Lundi post Superbowl. Pour le souper. On était 9 dans le resto. Super service, servie rapidement, serveuse présente & attentionnée.
Pour trois, 90$ avant pourboire c'est bien. Des portions généreuse. Ont est repartis avec un gros doggy bag.
Mais ça goûte comme qqchose que je pourrais me faire à la maison.
Les 3 tacos souples étaient généreux en poulet & en sauce mais j'ai manqué de mayo épicée qui venait avec les chips pour rendre ça intéressant.
Patate Cactus, les chipes étaient molles & imbibées d'huile.
C'était notre première fois chez Boston Pizza, & ont va réessayer.
This was the worst experience I've ever had. Me & my friends were eating here late at night after a long day, food was a little long to come but not horrible. On the other hand, as I was paying I didn't have enough money to tip even though the service was awful, it was even worse once she started peer pressuring me into paying a 15% tip, borderline insulting me to the point where I was in tears. I do not recommend coming here, will never come again.
We were three young teenagers, two unemployed. We ate & the food was alright. However, when we were about to pay, my friend realized that she didn't have enough money to tip our (very rude btw) waiter. She excused herself & the waiter started talking in a very rude way. Calling us broke, forcing my friend to pay 15% tip KNOWING that she didn't have enough money, insisting that she didn't get payed enough & that we were being straight up a holes. Why are you arguing & screaming at a 16 yr old for a 15% tip on a SATURDAY NIGHT? I find it unacceptable, for a grown lady, who probably doesn't receive love from her husband, to bash a teenager for not having enough money. Get your money to pay your bills but don't ruin other people's day because of your selfish needs. Don't recommend coming here.
Musique & contribution du maître sonore, douteuse. Bouffe bonne, mais rien d'extraordinaire.
Server was nice. He tried. Fries tasted like carboard, wing sauce not the greatest & Thai chicken tacos were from the same cardboard food group.
Bel accueil par l'hôtesse Nycolanne qui nous a amené ds la section bar avec le sourire.
Écrans géants, musique de fond, lumières tamisées = une belle ambiance.
Servie par Marie-Jane, exactitude des commandes, service rapide, énergique & très gentille.
Bons plats & prix raisonnables.
Went last night Nov.29..just a horrible experience service was terrible..waited 30 min to get served restaurant was not packed at all..asked for a glass of water..finally asked again took another 15 min..food was terrible..pizza tasted like a frozen one..spaghetti sauce tasted like a canned one ..had to ask for a spon for my dessert

Première fois a se boston pizza avec mon beer body pour une game des Canadiens. Les ailes a 1$ étaient super bonnes, super service de la barmaid Marie-Jane. Anthony, le chef d'équipe est sua coche, il offre un excellent service client, très attentionné. Ont a eu une très belle soirée même si le Canadiens ont perdus 7-0. Je recommande.
Repas pour ramassage. Le plat de pâte correspondait exactement aux particularités demandées. Bonne Température. Belle portion. Super travail d'équipe... merci aux petites abeilles c'était délicieux!!! De la commande à la facturation en passant par le comptoir. :-)
