The food was good but the service was horrible. We went as a family with young children. Took about an hour for the food to come out & they'd forgotten one of my children's plates & then it took another 15-20 minutes for his to come out. What was supposed to be a fun family night out turned into a night that dragged one forever with hungry & exhausted kids. We wanted to get out of there as soon as possible & didn't even eat the food we packed it to go & left. Disappointing.View more

So excited they are open again! I hope they bring back the Boston cream pie though please! & start delivering too! I'm in LaSalle but delivery on Saturday was not possible. Oh & the great white north pizza please bring it back! But I had the Carbonara & it was good 😊View more

They just opened on Monday February 10 2024 The Boston hamburger is to die for the food is top high level the chef is the best on earth the PR guests manager Mr iyad are very experienced & nice the employees are super nice love it will repeat for sure always , thank you Boston pizza for the amazing food & timeView more

Ma blonde & moi avons commandé la Pizza Suprême & les Frites Cactus, & les deux plats étaient délicieux ! Les saveurs étaient parfaites, & les portions étaient généreuses. De plus, je tiens à souligner l'excellent service que nous avons reçu de la part de l'hôtesse & de la serveuse, qui étaient toutes deux sympathiques & serviables. C'est toujours un plaisir de dîner dans un endroit avec une bonne nourriture & un personnel accueillant. Je recommande vivement Boston Pizza Montréal pour un repas satisfaisant & une expérience de restauration agréable. ----------------------------------- english version: I recently visited the reopened Boston Pizza in Montreal & had a fantastic experience. My girl friend & I ordered the Supreme Pizza & Cactus Fries, & both dishes were delicious! The flavors were on point, & the portions were generous. Lack of communication, no manners & just horrible attitude. Went there with my wife & my 4 year old son. Ordered wings & medium pizza. Wings were brought to us in 10 mins no problem. But after another half hour to 45 mins pizza was missing & so were their manners. No one seems to care that we are there. So we decided to leave. Then the manager came & started telling us that our pizza stuck to the pan the first time so they were making a new one. So no one bothered to tell us that before & appologise for inconvenience & delay. No one even appologised as we left, literally. They have attitude & no manners, no value for customers, no communication skills at all what so ever. Just horrible.

Excellent service, car très rapide & personne sympathique. La pizza que nous avons mangé était excellente. Nous étions du coté bar & ce n'était trop bruyant. J'y retournerai pour essayer d'autres plats.
