First time trying Bossa for lunch at the Time Out Market. As a starter, the house salad was great, dressing is delicious. The mortadella sandwich was good, but feel it could have had more hot peppers 🌶️ & marinated eggplant 🍆 & maybe less lettuce. Overall satisfied, will be returning.

Food good but employee handling of food needs to improve. I noticed an employee take the buzzer from a client with his gloves & then he continued handling the sandwiches with the same gloves. This needs to be corrected! These are the things that do notake me return.

I went to Bossa in Timeout Market with my family after my son's (8 yr old) hockey practice. The reason I am writing this review is to commend your establishment on hiring such excellent staff. My son has severe autism, & he is very prone to getting aggressive & having tantrums, especially when he is overstimulated. Valentina served us &, even though my son was cranky & unfocused, she was so pleasant & patient with my son. She asked my son what he likes to eat & he told her he loves spaghetti, so she suggested the meatball sub (without the hot peppers). Really knowledgeable about the ingredients. He's very picky with his food (because of his autism) but she was so helpful with finding a sandwich for my son to eat. My son loved it! I got the Porchetta & it was delicious. The food was hot, fresh, delicious & the service was impeccable! We are so glad to have picked Bossa instead of one of the other restaurants in TimeOut. Unfortunately, the food court was too loud for our son so we took it to go. Thank you Valentina & Bossa crew for helping a tired mom out with your compassion & for such a great experience! What a lovely family-owned restaurant with family-like staff. We will definitely be returning!

Came here for the first time with some co workers. It's located in the time out down town. Honestly the sandwich I chose was amazing!! Good house sauce & nice & spicy👍🏻 cannot wait to try other sandwiches on their menu!

Lieu très sympathique ! Prise en charge rapide & commande effectuer rapidement ! Le prix reste correcte pour la grosseur du sandwich ! J'ai personnellement très bien manger & j'avoue ne plus avoir faim après cela ! Je recommande a 100%

Ordered the eggplant parm through Uber. Photo shows a sandwich stuffed with peppers (like half the substance of the sandwich) mine had none in it whatsoever, making for a bland & deeply disappointing sandwich. What was there was good, but not what it should have been.
