My friends & I are visiting from Vancouver & dropped by this bar last night to try a few drinks. Our server/bartender Pedro was phenomenal - so knowledgeable & clearly very passionate about what he does. We were really impressed by him taking the time to explain & present our drinks. I rarely drink alcohol & opted for two mocktails & they were delicious! Huge shoutout to Pedro for the conversations & for making our experience so fun - hopefully I'll be back again in the future!

This was such a fun experience. Our server Pedro was amazing! He was very detailed & knows the drink menu. His suggestions on the drinks were spot on. Just ask him about the frozen mojito. It was fun & a refreshing ice cream like of some sort drink! A must visit bar when in Montreal!

Had high hopes for Bootlegger but they were dashed. Came for the Sunday night oyster special that they have every Sunday & they were out of oysters by 745pm. For a place that also sells oysters every day. Our server was lovely, but there were only 2 for the whole restaurant so service was extremely slow. Unfortunately that also meant our food was lukewarm when it hit our table.Not sure lf they had sick calls or this was their normal staffing levels on a day when they have an oyster special & Jazz music. If it was normal perhaps they need to rethink their business model.

Waiting in line for 40 minutes before having the hostess tell us there is no space at all for the rest of the night. We were there at about 7pm. If you know you're full for the entire night, you should tell people not to bother wait in line instead of wasting their time.
