Service le plus mauvais & long que j'ai jamais vu. Très mauvaise expérience de service à la clientèle. Oui, on a attendu 1h15 nos plats, mais c'est surtout le fait que personne ne s'occupait de nous pendant l'attente.

D'abord, ça pris 20 minutes avant que l'on vienne prendre notre commande. On demande à la serveuse d'être servi rapidement, dans la mesure du possible, puisque que nous allions voir un show à la place Bell, & se faire répondre, ben là on est dans le rush pis vous êtes pas les seuls qui aller voir le show ce soir.

Ensuite, attente de 1h15 avant de recevoir 3 plats sur les 4 comnander. Aucune excuse pendant l'attente, la serveuse n'est jamais venue nous voir pendant ce temps-là. On ne nous a même pas offert le de pain pour patienter.

Ensuite, mon amie, n'ayant toujours pas reçu son plat 10 minutes après que nous ayons reçu le nôtre, a voulu l'annuler puisque nous devions quitter. On lui a apporté la minute suivante. La nourriture était bonne, mais on a dû manger en vitesse.

Un monsieur est venu nous demander si tout allait bien quand on était sur le point de quitter, mais quand on lui a fait part de la lenteur & du retard du 4e plat, il a dit: ah, ok. & il est parti.

Avec tout ça, aucun rabais, aucune compensation pour l'attente. Des excuses du bout des lèvres de la serveuse au moment de payer & un gérant qui est venu nous demander notre avis, mais qui n'en n'avait rien à faire de toute évidence. Seule l'hôtesse à l'accueil est venue se confondre en excuse à la toute fin quand on mettait notre manteau, mais c'était trop peu trop tard... Quand nous avons quitté, le restaurant était vide, nous sommes partis les derniers, tout le monde avait quitté!!!!

Nous n'y retournerons pas & ne le recommandons pas.

Excellent service, nourriture bonne qualité mais tout était fade. Très bruyant, mais pour ceux qui aiment les ambiances avec écran télé géant & musique forte c'est parfait.
