Manuel Martins, ex owner and Chef of «Le Vintage», is back with a new concept, at a new address. The Boca Iberica is located on Rachel Street, right in the heart of Le Plateau. As soon as you walk in you will be astonished by the modern and trendy look enhanced by soft lounge music, a beautiful bar, and the smell of a cuisine blend of Portuguese and Spanish flavors.
The dishes on the menu are made from a great selection of tasty fresh tapas and an array of fresh fishes. We will be most happy to welcome groups celebrating any events. We also offer gluten-free dishes. Our restaurant stays open late so you can fully benefit of your evening.

BOCA Iberica offers a warm and welcoming dining experience with fresh, authentic Portuguese inspired dishes served in a modern neighborhood setting. Coming from toronto ontario to montreal for the first time , this restaurant hands down 5 stars , we had a large group of people 25+ , we all got our food at the same time & hot ! , very welcoming & joyful place , would definitely recommend this to anyone coming this way

We were a party of 6 & everyone enjoyed their meals. 2 of us chose tapas style & selected several small plates; the grilled octopus was tender & tasty, the clams were so sweet & delicious you had to dunk bread in the juices at the bottom of the bowl. We had two types of croquettes cod which was so light & airy & beef which was fresh & flavorful. & finally we had the daily special of crispy octopus salad which was tender, plentiful & satisfying. The others enjoyed main entrees . Which included steak & rice & seafood. The restaurant is pretty, spacious & the staff is welcoming. We recommend giving it a try.
5 stars all around. The food was superb The service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was knowledgeable , friendly & non-intrusive. He was attentive without making us feel rushed. Our dishes were delicious The Portuguese wine delicious but reasonably priced. My wife & I were transported back to Portugal which we visited last year. Highly recommend this establishment without reservation!!
On avait le goût de cuisine Portugaise pour la St-Valentin & avons décidé d'essayer ce restaurant. Ce qui nous a fait décider sur ce restaurant en particulier est qu'on se souvenait avoir eu une expérience exceptionnelle à l'ancien restaurant Le Vintage sur St-Denis voilà au moins 13 ans & on a décidé d'essayer de nouveau la cuisine de Mr. Manuel Martins... La nourriture & le service fûrent à la hauteur de nos attentes, particulièrement la salade de pieuvre & le succulent riz aux fruits de mer, nous rappelant l'ancienne casserole de fruits de mer que l'on avait adoré au Vintage. Vraiment à recommander.

Excellent restaurant « familial » .. bouffe parfaite, service personnalisé, ambiance chaleureuse. Très bon rapport « qualité prix » ... à recommander pour groupe de 25+ .. 😉👍
Excellente expérience. Endroit chaleureux & plats succulents. Les bouchées de morue sont exceptionnelles. J'en ai jamais mangé d'aussi bonnes! Je recommande fortement & j'y retournerai sans hésitation!
Expérience hors du commun. Nous avons fait notre souper de Noël d'équipe & le propriétaire nous a pris en charge du début à la fin en nous faisant vivre une expérience exceptionnelle. La nourriture était délicieuse & la présentation alléchante. Je vous recommande, laissez-vous porter par le moment.
Excellente cuisine, service parfait. Pour les croquettes elles sont aussi délicieuses que celles que nous avons dégusté au Portugal!!

Wow. What a fantastic meal. We were four & shared tapas all evening & every dish was fantastic. Wine prices are very good & our server recommended good bottles.

AWESOME Food & great service! Authentic Portuguese cuisine with Spanish influences. Probably one of the best fish we've had in Montreal. The seafood entrés were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend it & will be back shortly!
