Crispy creamy cod fritters, light & crispy fried calamari, chorizo, octopus salad, grilled vegetables, all very good
We were a party of 6 & everyone enjoyed their meals. 2 of us chose tapas style & selected several small plates; the grilled octopus was tender & tasty, the clams were so sweet & delicious you had to dunk bread in the juices at the bottom of the bowl. We had two types of croquettes cod which was so light & airy & beef which was fresh & flavorful. & finally we had the daily special of crispy octopus salad which was tender, plentiful & satisfying. The others enjoyed main entrees . Which included steak & rice & seafood. The restaurant is pretty, spacious & the staff is welcoming. We recommend giving it a try.
Such a great experience- - the owner was so welcoming that it felt like we were having dinner with friends. The food was delicious - standouts were the octopus salad & the pork & clams.
Fantastic service. Food was incredible. Take the waiters suggestions, they were spot on!! We were a large group & felt like we were the only ones there. Every meal was superb. Octopus & calamari were superb.
The food & service was great. We loved the grilled octopus, the cod croquettes & the bread with olive oil. The seafood & rice, as well as the special Portuguese dessert were exceptional. The restaurant was clean & agreeable. One deception - the pork & clam dish was much too salty! We'll return for sure.
Absolutely lovely time here! The food was fresh & delicious, seafood perfection. The grilled calamari & garlic shrimp were stand out items, along with the octopus salad. Great Portuguese wine options as well. 10/10 would go back!
Amazing quality food, amazing service, We had an Octopus , shrimps & some other sea food, The price was very reasonable for the quality of the food & service as well.
I highly recommend this beautiful Portuguese Restaurant

The service was excellent especially for a table of 40!
Excellent service, fresh & flavourful tapas. The best grilled octopus I've had. Their fries are awesome, a must with the aïoli.
I attended this restaurant twice: once with a large group of people, & soon after with a good friend. The two experiences were as different as night & day. The first time, one of the members of my group knew the chef, so we were treated to exquisite tapas & a truly perfect experience. The restaurant was full on a Thursday evening & the ambiance was wonderful. The second time was on a Friday night. The restaurant was empty, the waiter claimed that they didn't have a certain wine when I'd tasted it there just a few evenings prior to that. Two of the wines they suggested were mediocre at best, although this is a restaurant with a reputation for a great wine list. The octopus was charred in places. The salad was drenched in oil & lacked subtlety. The grilled meats platter was perfectly ordinary & would have been just as decent & far cheaper at the Portuguese takeout grill a few doors East. The dessert, a spaghetti-squash tart, which is supposed to be sticky & moist, was dry & over-baked. It was a bit of a disaster & I felt embarrassed that I'd recommended this place to my friend. If the chef only excels when his friends are around, I don't think I'll be coming back.
It was our first time at this restaurant & must say the food & service was excellent. The octopus salad appetizer was one of the best we tasted in a while. Thank you & you will be seeing us again.
