Cookies didn't taste like much, weren't fresh (just slightly warm from the microwave), felt like raw cookies in my mouth & dry outside. Price is way too expensive for the size. Weird aftertaste, made my tummy hurt
I placed a Valentine's Day order over a week before the holiday & was told it would be ready at noon. The store also opens at noon, & I was literally the first person inside the business to pick it up.
Despite pre-ordering well in advance, they didn't even have my order ready at first they couldn't find it at all. After finally locating it, I was told they didn't have the Oreo cookie included in the order, which was the entire reason I ordered from them.
The explanation I was given was that they had'a lot of orders come in last night.' That makes no sense when my order was placed a week earlier & I was the first pickup of the day. Advance orders should be reserved & fulfilled first, not affected by last-minute demand.
Very disappointing experience, poor organization, & no accountability. What's the point of pre-ordering if the items aren't actually held for you?
Ils ont annulé ma commande Uber eats que j'avais planifié depuis 1h mais le commerce est encore ouvert !! Vraiment ordinaire ils auraient au moins pu faire ma commande déjà planifié depuis un bout petit bout. Je vais commander d'une autre place maintenant!

COOKIES. Seriously come here, check this place out if you like COOKIES. They don't even sell drinks. Just COOKIES. Thirsty? Too bad more COOKIES. You got a fever? COOKIES. Can't sleep due to the constant onslaught of information in this hellscape of a world? COOKIES. There's a giant 80s Miss Pac-Man game in here & I'm guessing the reason it's out of order is because of COOKIES. Get them to go or eat them in the eerie glow of the neon light from the Nostalgia Wall.
Someone brought these to my house & we were thrilled. Never heard of the shop & yet we've had so many different fancy cookies. These are incredible, insanely delicious -possibly addictive- we are obsessed.
Les cookies sont vraiment délicieux - une vraie petite bombe de gourmandise. Mon préféré : le Kinder, un pur régal.
Le lieu en lui-même n'a rien de particulier, mais honnêtement on s'en fiche : on vient ici pour les cookies, & eux sont juste parfaits.

The cookies are really good. It's perfectly balanced. It's not too sweet. But unfortunately the shop needs something more fun because it's kinda look boring for a takeout spott with some light.
Très bon ! Des saveurs diverses, croquant fondant & pas surcuit. L'ambiance à l'intérieur mériterai d'être retravailler un peu afin de rendre la boutique plus vivante.
Got a mixed box from Félix Norton & the cookies were great - soft, rich, & full of flavour. Great treat if you love variety. Freshly baked & nicely packaged!
I tried the'Key Lime Pie' & the'Classic Chocolate Chip' cookies, & honestly, they were both delicious. Soft on the inside, with a perfectly balanced flavor that doesn't feel heavy or overly sweet.
It would be wonderful if they added a few seats so people could enjoy their cookies right there -the experience deserves a proper space.
Terrible. Cookies are not cooked evenly, some parts taste like raw flour others are rly dry. The whole center is raw, but they also taste over mixed in the batter. Please get your recipe down this is bad.
Very yummy for late night snack! Staff was nice, loved the funky decor. Cookies were so good, crispy on the edges & chewy in the middle. Good variety of flavors as well. Definitely recommend this place to all your late night sweet cravings!
