About

Blonde Biscuiterie specializes in the craft of artisanal baked goods, focusing on high-quality ingredients to produce a consistent range of sweet treats. The menu highlights buttery, golden-hued biscuits that maintain a distinct crunch paired with a soft center. These hand-pressed confections often feature refined flavor profiles that balance sweetness with rich, dairy-forward notes. Patrons encounter a workspace dedicated to precise baking techniques where traditional recipes undergo slight modern interpretations for texture improvement. The visual presentation of these products prioritizes simplicity and clarity, reflecting a commitment to fundamental baking principles. Every batch emerges from the oven with uniform color and structural integrity, ensuring that each piece meets strict internal standards for quality and taste. This establishment operates as a focused bakery where the selection remains limited to perfected recipes developed through repetitive, meticulous production methods.

Review Summary

Blonde Biscuiterie is widely recognized for serving delicious, flavorful cookies that feature a desirable contrast between a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy center. Many visitors appreciate the wide variety of creative flavors available and often highlight the freshness and quality of the treats, describing them as addictive and perfectly balanced. While the product itself receives high praise, feedback regarding the physical shop is mixed; some customers enjoy the neon-lit decor, while others feel the space lacks atmosphere or seating, noting it is exclusively a takeout operation. Overall, the establishment is frequently recommended as a top destination for cookie lovers, despite occasional inconsistency in baking or pricing concerns.

Overall, c'est dans mes tops cookies à Montréal, I would go back!

Cookies didn't taste like much, weren't fresh (just slightly warm from the microwave), felt like raw cookies in my mouth & dry outside. Price is way too expensive for the size. Weird aftertaste, made my tummy hurt

Delicious cookies, plethora of choices, all with a crispy exterior, soft & chewy interior. Shop interior also features a very picturesque LED display

Overall, 10/10 do recommend.

Cookies are fine! Not the best in Montreal but definitely the more reasonable price quality ratio

I placed a Valentine's Day order over a week before the holiday & was told it would be ready at noon. The store also opens at noon, & I was literally the first person inside the business to pick it up.

Despite pre-ordering well in advance, they didn't even have my order ready at first they couldn't find it at all. After finally locating it, I was told they didn't have the Oreo cookie included in the order, which was the entire reason I ordered from them.

The explanation I was given was that they had'a lot of orders come in last night.' That makes no sense when my order was placed a week earlier & I was the first pickup of the day. Advance orders should be reserved & fulfilled first, not affected by last-minute demand.

Very disappointing experience, poor organization, & no accountability. What's the point of pre-ordering if the items aren't actually held for you?

COOKIES. Seriously come here, check this place out if you like COOKIES. They don't even sell drinks. Just COOKIES. Thirsty? Too bad more COOKIES. You got a fever? COOKIES. Can't sleep due to the constant onslaught of information in this hellscape of a world? COOKIES. There's a giant 80s Miss Pac-Man game in here & I'm guessing the reason it's out of order is because of COOKIES. Get them to go or eat them in the eerie glow of the neon light from the Nostalgia Wall.
