Food excellent, music a little loud, place was full. Felt sorry for the 2 waitresses, overloaded with tables! Need a third. Basically the only place in town with Pub closed.
A fabulous experience. the food was good. the music was super. Sabrina was taken care of us.
Sabrina wad an excellent hostess & excellent waitress.. couldn't ask for better service..
Only two staff for the entire inside with a full restaurant. They did an outstanding job considering the circumstances but were not able to provide service that should be expected. They should however be commended for the job they did.
They were short staffed, which we can understand. However, our server was unfriendly, inattentive, & lacked even the bare minimum of social niceties. Food was fine, nothing special.
Understaffed with willing, but overloaded service (& kitchen?) staff.
On arrival for our 1:00 reservation we were informed that the lunch menu isn't available until 2:00 pm! That was an unpleasant surprise - not mentioned on your website. Also a policy that we've never experienced before in many years of travel.
We decided to stay anyway. The eggs Benedict was ok except for the bread which was stale.
I could not recommend your restaurant.

Bonne nourriture & bon service courtois malgré qu'ils étaient débordés. On trouvait que les tables étaient un peu trop collées. Merci!
Disapointed by the duck. We had discovered the Relais for it's delicious duck meals. This was disapointing to say the least. The duck we ordered was expensive, a bit dry & a minuscule portion.
We also remembered the decadent dessert of the relais of the past but instead we were met with a 12$!!!!!! Piece of carot cheesecake. Very underwhealming for the price & compared to what the peanut butter icecream pie that has once been. Maybe change the name if nothing of the original restaurant is going to be conserved...
We were greated by a grumpy looking waitress that seemed complicated to find us a good spot in an empty restaurant.
We has loved the original restaurant & wish we hadn't ruined the souvenir of it by revisiting
Dining tables are short. If you're 6ft or taller your legs won't fit under the table. Chicken burger lacked sauce which made it taste dry. Chips are unsalted, & taste worse than frozen store bought. Salad was the best part of the meal with a small amount of vinegar. Looked like only 1 person was serving, & she was incredibly busy by herself.
It was unfortunately quite loud on the evening we went, such that we could not engage in conversation. Perhaps we should have checked first about the musical accompaniment taking place. The music was very nice, but too loud for this commentator's sensitive ears. Our waitress was phenomenal given she was serving the entire restaurant single-handedly.
The fish portion of the fish & chips platter was over cooked : the fish was very dry & the batter very hard to cut through.
Merci!
Excellent food & great service! Confit de Canard was a highlight. Guests from out of town were very impressed.
