My wife & I & another couple visited had a late lunch at Bistro 633 in Bromont, Quebec. We visited during the course of the annual Bromont Art Festival at the end of August every year.
Even though the streets were packed, there was comfortable seating available outside at this Bistro. We were served in both English & French & they have menus in both languages for the convenience of their customers. I noticed that on one of the chalkboards mounted in the restaurant an extensive selection of red & white wines, cocktails, beer, & non-alcoholic beverages. My wife ordered the gaspacho soup followed by mussels & fries. The mussels were served out of their shells in a Tuscany sauce which was excellent. I ordered a standard green salad as a starter, followed by a croque-monsieur which was very good. All the dishes were served promptly & were hot & tasty.
This is a restaurant not to be missed if you’re ever in the Bromont area of Quebec’s Eastern Townships.

Service impeccable ! La terrasse est magnifique ! J'ai eu droit à une petite doudou pour me réchauffer ! La nourriture est de qualité & que dire des drinks , l'un des meilleurs espresso martini que j'ai bu !

Martin, luc & leurs équipes font une super de bonne job !! Menu peut plaire à tous, les raviolis aux champignons est sûrement notre préféré. Super gros choix de scotch/whisky !!!

Nous étions 3 adultes. C'était notre 4 ou 5e visite. Cette fois-ci, très déçus de la nourriture. Tacos aux crevettes peu garnis de crevettes, risotto délicieux mais tiède, frites raides dans la poutine, médaillon de veau manquait de tendreté, raviolis au homard goûtaient peu le homard, mi-cuit trop cuit ( pas de chocolat coulant) & petite portion du croustillant glacé en bûchette. Bref, malgré que le service a été très bon, 205$ ( incluait un verre de vin & un verre de sangria), c'était beaucoup trop cher pour cette qualité de nourriture.

Nous sommes allez un jeudi soir, pas trop occupé. Le service était excellent, la nourriture était bonne & servie dans un délais très raisonnable. Par contre, les tables sont très près l'une de l'autre & très petites, surtout en considérant le concept du restaurant. Le concept est que tout les repas sont d'un formas entrées, il faut donc en commander plusieurs pour faire un repas. Pas très pratique lorsque les tables sont petites. Mis-à-part ça, nous avons bien aimé notre expérience!

Nous n'avons pas apprécié de nous faire bousculer à prendre le dessert à l'intérieur à cause des réservations de 20:00. Un bon souper en bonne compagnie qui s'est tristement terminé par un changement abrupte d'atmosphère
