Super avec les allergies. Je suis coeliaque & j'ai pu profiter du repas sans me préoccuper de ce qui avait dans mon assiette. Selon moi, le tartare de bison & la salade de betterave sont particulièrement délicieux. Très belle expérience, c'est sur que je vais y retourner.
