Comme toujours, hyper satisfaits. Le short rib était tendre, le boudin croustillant & la glace sur le tartare surprenante, mais la combinaison délicieuse !! Merci pour la surprise de fête & le temps que le serveur prend à nous expliquer, conseiller & blagguer ;)
