Bistro CO ÚT propose une cuisine vietnamienne authentique avec des plats généreux et savoureux et des rouleaux printaniers et impériaux particulièrement réussis. Le Pho et les autres spécialités comme le poulet, le bœuf et les woks apportent fraîcheur et équilibre des saveurs, et les cocktails maison complètent l'expérience. Le service est attentif et discret dans une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse, avec un décor simple et des plantes qui ajoutent une touche apaisante. Le rapport qualité-prix est solide et les portions rassasiantes invitant à revenir pour un moment convivial entre amis ou en tête-à-tête. Bref, un bistro discret mais remarquable qui se démarque par sa constance, son accueil et la qualité des plats.
Un pur délice, le meilleur restaurant Vietnamien dans lequel j'ai mangé! & j'ai travaillé dans un resto asiatique! Les portions sont généreuses & après avoir parlé au propriétaire, il a mentionné être très fier du fait qu'ils reproduisent les saveurs vietnamienne à 90% grâce à leurs ingrédients (& l'amour mis dans les recettes évidemment)! Je recommande à tous👌🧑🍳
On adore ce restaurant. Les rouleaux impériaux une tuerie 🤩🤩 Restaurant familial, convivial & super accueillant. Plats suoers bons & prix hyper reaonnables. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

What an awesome find, the food was great, the staff was very helpful, & the ambiance was very cute. To eat we had a papaya salad, spring rolls, pad thai, & a Rice Tofu curry. For the drinks it was the Saigon Mojito & the Citrus Ginger. The Citrus ginger was really great & I would definitely recommend it. Will definitely be back!
Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! The flavors were authentic & perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly friendly & attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy & inviting. Highly recommend this gem for a taste of Vietnam!
My wife & I had great experience here. In a quaint neighborhood near PARC LaFontaine. The food was delicious & added a few twists on some Vietnamese classics. Highly the recommend the chicken satay skewers & clay pot pho. The ambience was relaxed & the space was green & comfortable. There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews.
The staff are incredibly professional & so kind. The food was delicious & I definitely recommend their service. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated.

The word "Bistro", allegedly, has come in to French language from Russian cossaks who came to Paris as a result of Napoleon's fiasco. & that word means "rapidly" or "fast". This - you cannot apply to Bistro CO UT. & this is my only beef with this place - we waited for almost an hour until our main course arrived. Now, all the rest about this place is, IMHO, very good to excellent, considering the price tag. The place is small - probably will sit 30 ppl at most, clean, comfy chairs, steady tables, spotless bathrooms, feng shui ambiance. Loved the ceiling lights enclosed in bird cages. Loved the picture on the wall I was facing while eating. They have a bar with a wide assortment of beverages. The food, to my taste, was excellent in every aspect - delicious, fresh & healthy - this combination is hard to come by. I had roasted pork with rice vermicelli & vegetables - delightful. I also had a chance to try one of their vegetable rolls - lightest, crunchiest, chewy, mouthwatering snack that came with a cup of sauce that I can only qualify as hot & spicy delight. As a result of this experience, I fell in love with Vietnamese cuisine. Service - outside of somewhat long waiting period - was impeccable. & waiting period, as I was explained by my Vietnamese friends, could be due to the fact that we've been there Tuesday night, when things are generally slow - kitchen is not fully staffed, so one cook does the whole line-up. & that cook sure knows his business well. Highly recommended.
Le Bistro Côté est un excellent. Les plats sont délicieux & il y a plusieurs options végétariennes. De plus, le personnel est extrêmement courtois & attentif, ce qui ajoute une touche chaleureuse à l'ensemble de l'expérience culinaire. Je recommande vivement le Bistro Côté à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit où savourer de délicieux plats vietnamiens.

Très bonne soirée à Cô út ! Réservation facile, accueil & service sympathique, déco dépaysante, resto propre & surtout nous avons très bien mangé. Une bonne découverte que nous recommandons fortement !
Super restaurant, excellent service, les plats étaient copieux & délicieux, leur fondant au chocolat est incroyable !
Je recommande vivement ce lieux pour une sortie en famille ou en amoureux abordable!
