Coming from Vietnam, my expectations for Vietnamese food are very high. Finding a good bowl of Northern Pho is difficult, but Co Ut did not disappoint. I have to say the broth tastes very authentic. We also ordered imperial rolls, fried chicken, papaya salad, & marinated raw shrimp. All of them taste super good. Definitely will come back whenever I visit Montreal.

J'ai pas aimé du tout, j' avais commandé du homard & on m'a servit du boeuf ....le bistro climatisé à moitier....en temps de canicule...mon collègue âgée a pris une douche de soueure....le service laisse a disirer ....

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! The flavors were authentic & perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly friendly & attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy & inviting. Highly recommend this gem for a taste of Vietnam!

Pho is not great. Edible but definitely not very authentic. (Compared to some of the places I've been to in Toronto). Service was good, staff was friendly & atmosphere was nice.ight be back to try something else. But probably not the pho.
