Bistro CÔ ÚT prepares delicious Vietnamese and grilled dishes. Come to try our imperial rolls, spicy Satay brochettes, grilled mussels, our vegan dishes or our Pho CÔ ÚT which you are the cook.
To go with our dishes we have excellent list of imported wines and beers.
Bistro CO ÚT earns praise for authentic Vietnamese flavors and generous portions that feature fresh herbs and balanced spices. Standout items include imperial rolls, fresh spring rolls, nem nuong, pho, and other well prepared bowls, with house made cocktails that many appreciate for their value. The atmosphere is cozy and calm, with plants and tasteful decor creating a welcoming vibe. Service is consistently attentive and discreet, with friendly staff and efficient pacing. Value is a common refrain, thanks to large portions and reasonable prices paired with high quality ingredients. Overall these reviews cast a neighborhood gem that suits a casual dinner with friends or a relaxed date night, with many diners planning to return.
First time trying Vietnamese food & I highly recommend this place. Tried Gà Tào (I would say it was mildly spicy), & Ph? Bò Cô Út (for which they bring you the ingredients separately, including the spicy sauce, & then you'll get the stone bowl & you can add whatever you want into the hot soup).

This place continues to be 5 stars - their Japanese style fried shrimp & pho bo are my absolute favourite. On top of that - it's probably fanciest dining room among any Vietnamese restaurant I go to, but for the same good value. There menu is vast & everything I tried was excellent.
This restaurant was so delicious & the atmosphere & service were amazing! Everything we ordered was so fresh & high quality ingredients. The house made cocktails were so good too & very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this for a nice date night or out with friends to relax & enjoy amazing Vietnamese food! Our waiter was exceptional too!

The service, setting & everything else but the pho was great, if you are only coming for a romantic date this place is fine, but as someone that enjoys good pho, that was really subpar. Out of all the pho places I went to in Montreal, 30+ , this was among worst ones. The broth was barely ok, not a good one but fine, no aroma from spices just bone broth flavour. The beef though, it looks like they buy the frozen fondue slices, that's how bad the beef quality was. Even the poorest restaurant in Vietnam served better piece of meat on their pho. Not even a pho dac biet with the usual variety available, just a simple pho Bo & it was still disappointing. I know their restaurant is not a'pho' place specifically but at this point they should either remove it from the menu o learn to make a good one.
