Le souper était tout simplement DÉLICIEUX, il a largement dépassé nos attentes !
Tout était raffiné & préparé avec beaucoup de soin. La côte de bison & la pieuvre étaient succulentes, & le potage de carottes aux oignons croustillants était un véritable délice !
En plus de tout cela, notre serveur Benoît a été parfait : très gentil & attentionné tout au long du repas.
Sérieusement, une expérience à refaire sans hésiter ! 🩷

We ate here while staying at the hotel. While our server was lovely, the food disappointed. Beef tartare was just okay, too many flavors masking the beef. Our mains looked pretty but really weren't good. We got the cod with broccoli puree. The fish was cooked beautifully, but it was topped with a lot of raw onion & the broccoli puree tasted like very bad baby food. We also got the pheasant on cauliflower puree which was also rough. The bird was kind of mushy & chewy, & the puree was also baby food vibes. Maybe we just order badly. The menu is very large. I'd recommend having fewer entrees & Making sure they taste good. The restaurant also smelled a bit like a kitchen which is always turn off. We also wished they had a bar you could sit at for a drink. The burger pub bar is really not appealing & smells even greasier.

Nous fréquentons le Bistro 4 saisons depuis une quinzaine d'années, une à deux fois par an. C'est toujours un très bon moment (même si les tarifs ont bien augmentés dernièrement): la nourriture est délicieuse & le service à la fois sympathique & efficace. Je le recommande, sans hésitation.

Cuisine exquise! Tout est plus que délicieux! Le service est impeccable & rapide! J'aurais aimé avoir des photos mais l'odeur de la nourriture était trop bonne pour que j'attende & que je pense à prendre des photos!

Je suis un amateur de la restauration , ce restaurant est tout simplement le meilleur rapport qualité prix & de loins. Ils ont rien a envier a qui que ce soit & le personnel est adorable . Nous sommes clients depuis 8 ans & chaque fois nous avons hâte d'y retourner car l'accueil est incroyable & la nourriture excellente.
