Selon moi, c'est l'une des excellentes tables de la région! Une expérience culinaire hors du commun: Thon croustillant, à vous rouler par terre; Foie de veau au lait, d'une tendreté exceptionnelle. Le service est impeccable. Si vous allez à Orford, il faut absolument vous arrêter à ce restaurant.
Des mets incroyables.. Magret de canard sauce aux cerises, une explosion de saveur.. Du potage au dessert, tout était parfait!!! Que dire de Benoît notre serveur, un service exceptionnel... Merci au sommelier qui a su choisir notre vin, une découverte.. Longue vie à votre Bistro d'une grande qualité... A répéter à coup sûr .. Merci Benjamin de cette belle découverte !!!
Notre expérience était vraiment spectaculaire, du service au repas, tout était fabuleux. Merci à notre serveur pour son humour & son professionnalisme. Le cocktail gin/limonade à l'eau de rose était hors de ce monde! Nous y retournerons à coup sûr lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région!
Cuisine de qualité, service courtois, conseils aguerris du sommelier, le tout dans une superbe ambiance avec vue sur la montagne! Nous y reviendrons c'est assuré!
This is a 5-star establishment serving the chef's creations with what is available locally. Here, you won't be served frozen pizza or boxed pasta. The hotel prides itself in hosting the #1 restaurant in Orford, & it looks like they'll be holding on to that title for a long time.

Very nice place with extremely helpful & kind service. However I just don't see how people are saying this food is good. I'm sorry, I have an associates degree in culinary arts & have worked in many professional kitchen with very renowned French chefs. This food was just a mess of technique with no actual flavor. Technique is very good & the dishes look very appetizing but there is absolutely no depth or creativity when it comes to actually imparting flavor to the dish. Very disappointing I had to get fast food after haha. I'm sure they have had better items in the past maybe the chef stepped out their comfort zone a bit. I would go back because of the excellent service & great wine selection.
Bel endroit! Service un peu inégal mais dans l'ensemble positif. Table d'hôte & menu variés prix relativement décents pour l'endroit & la qualité des produits. Clairement un intérêt & une passion dans la cuisine. Magnifique coupe sur le tartare. Mais.. Noix & fruits secs? Très très étrange comme variation. Gros problèmes d assaisonnement dans l'ensemble des plats aussi malheureusement.. Pourtant tout est bien présenté propre & bien monté.. Mais aucun assaisonnement. Très étrange!

Amazing , great food & service. I asked for a quiet area since my friend had hearing difficulties. They placed us in a separate area with no other clients & still gave us excellent service. We felt like we had a private area just for us. Amazing ! I will definitely be back with my girlfriend soon . Well done !
Lors de notre journée en Estrie, j'avais repéré ce restaurant qui est l'un des rares à être ouvert le dimanche midi (& proposer le brunch!). Nous avons donc décidé d'aller bruncher, & c'était une réussite ! Déjà le service était très attentionné & professionnel. La formule brunch est vraiment raisonnable en prix. Nous avons tout adoré du début à la fin. Le fait que les viennoiseries & l'assiette de charcuterie/fromage soient à partager rend le brunch convivial. Après ça nous avons le choix parmi plusieurs plats succulents. & enfin, le dessert qui bien qu'il était au chocolat, se mangeait tout seul! 😉 Je vous conseille vraiment ce restaurant à Orford où si vous êtes de passage en Estrie.
Nous y avons passé un agréable moment. Belle carte des vins & de bons conseils. Nous y avons très bien mangé, les plats sont copieux & délicieux. Petit bémol, il fait sombre. Tellement que la carte des vins & prévue en rétro-éclairage. Tant qu’à investir dans ce type d’appareil, augmentez un petit peu l’intensité de l’éclairage, on pourra aussi voir correctement vos belles assiettes !
This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in the larger montreal trip area. I would recommend this restaurant & I am pretty picky. I went back on the second night of our stay, & that means a lot. The service was perfect & fast, the food was perfect, the hotel is excellent. Go here.
The Sommelier, Patrick, provided over the top service by providing excellent wine suggestions & options for the meal & even quickly & unceremoniously replaced an expensive corked bottle without hesitation.
