The service was excellent! Generally, the food was nice. My shrimp & pasta were superb. My wife's Osso Buco was tough. This was the second time she ordered this dish at Bis & it was the second time it not tender & soft the way it is supposed to be. She will not be ordering this dish here again.
Also, when serving certain cocktails, it is important to insert one large ice cube rather than a bunch of crushed ice. We ordered two cocktails to start that were difficult to drink for this reason.
Otherwise, we do enjoy this restaurant & will come back.
via LibroTout était parfait à l'exception du plat de pâtes al Nero si Seppia qui était à la crème & non à l'encre de Seppia comme en Italie . La recette à la crème a rendu le plat moins léger qu'il devait l'être .
