Phenomenal food, fantastic vibes & really kind & welcoming staff. So much fun, the wings were delicious & bigger than expected. Everything was awesome, definitely coming back.
So I've been to the one in the West Island & it was amazing. The Laval one though, our experience was horrible. To start with we got the 3 piece chicken dinner & one of the pieces was raw, there was chicken juice & blood flowing out. We told our waitress & she gave us so much attitude, saying that that's how it supposed to be because it's fried, even tho the other two pieces were cooked correctly so that's not even true. Instead of trying to replace it she took the whole plate with the fries & coleslaw & never brought a replacement nor offered one, so we couldn't even eat the rest of the plate, instead she just offered a dessert. All of our glasses were empty & she never came to refill our water. At the end she came to pick up our plates & I told her to leave my plate of wings & fries because I was still eating & she took all the napkins, my fork & knife & my glass. Like she was in that much of a rush? I don't understand most of the tables were empty. & to make it worse she told me she would bring me another fork & knife & she never did. Despite the rest of the food being good I would not come back again. The service was bad & the attitude we were given was even worse. The waitress also said she took the charges off for the 3 piece dinner but instead just waived the mozzarella sticks.
Came here for a relaxing after work dinner. The inside is very appealong, looks like a giant birdhouse.
With nice vibes & great service, got to order a variety of things to try. We got some chicken wings, poutine, fish tacos & Ceasar.
As a connoisseur for ceasars we would rate this 5/10 as the rim needs better seasoning, the drink is watered down but the topping was very good.
The food, it was great, nothing out of the ordinary. The wing on the drink was the best. The rest were recommendations from the dinner party. The waiter said to try the other wings next time because they are popular.
So we will give this place a try again.
However, in terms of pricing, it felt touristic prices, more than old Montreal & many other spots.

I heard about this place from a friend & took my parents & brother for dinner whilst they were in town. Kai made us feel so welcome from start to finish. He was caring, made sure our food was fresh & fast (which it was!!) & indulged lots in conversation, which my parents loved (they are still talking about how this is some of the best service they've had in years!) Loved the Nashville hot wings. 100% recommend & WILL be going back.
Fantastic experience at Birdhouse Wing & Bar! Great food, great atmosphere, & excellent service. A special shoutout to Kai Arless for being friendly & attentive. We'll definitely be back!
My partner & I wanted to go to a restaurant with a terrasse & this one was the only one that was open (other restaurants caught on later & opened eventually). We were immediately greeted by a nice waitress who allowed us to choose a seat. We ordered drinks (the Pink Lemonade & the Peachy Keen) along with:
-Dill with it (pretzel with cream cheese mixed with pickles dip, highly recommend!)
-Animal smash burger (very good & fries remind me of cantine fries, salty & smooth)
-1lb of wingery honey garlic sauce chicken wings (flavour was excellent! Wings were large)
-boneless chicken wings (sriracha lime) (juicy & well seasoned)
Came in for a late lunch. Was greeted immediately by Clem. First time here so asked for her recs. I had the South Carolina Chicken Sandwich & Boneless Wings (Clem's rec) & a cold Coors Light. What was the best part of the meal? It was the print on the foam of the beer! Thanks to Clem for a great experience.
