Kate, who assisted us during the August 23rd shift at 8:39 p.m., provided the best customer service my husband & I have ever received. She was incredibly kind, attentive, efficient, & very respectful. Her outstanding service made our experience even more special. & the wings were absolutely amazing-the best wings I've ever had in my life! Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's one of the best places for wings! They have amazing blue cheese sauce (this was the highlight although im not a big fan of blue cheese). Surprisingly the salad is great i ordered the West Coast Salad with the Big Chop Salad dressing, & it was excellent. The portions are big. Our waitress, Considina, was friendly & attentive. She made great recommendations & really understood what we were looking for.

Kai provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, & made sure all of our needs were taken care of quickly & efficiently. The service was fast, easy, & completely stress free. Kai went above & beyond to ensure we had a great experience, & his professionalism really stood out. I would 100% come back again & would specifically ask for Kai as my server. Highly recommended!

I had a really great time at Birdhouse watching the hockey game at the bar. The atmosphere was electric, packed house, tons of energy, & exactly what you want for game night. Even though it was completely full (not a seat available anywhere), the bar service kept things moving & the vibe stayed fun the whole time.

I especially want to shout out Daena & Clem. They were absolutely crushing it behind the bar, handling a massive crowd completely on their own. They stayed friendly, attentive, & efficient under a ton of pressure, which made the experience even better. Honestly, they deserve serious recognition, raises, promotions, something, because they were the reason the night went as smoothly as it did.

That said, there was one thing I witnessed that really left a bad taste. A manager, Chris, I believe, was extremely rude to them. He was talking down to them, being disrespectful, & acting completely unprofessional right in front of customers. It came off as condescending & frankly just unpleasant to watch, especially considering how hard they were working while he wasn't helping.

It's disappointing because everything else about the place was such a great experience. Those employees deserve appreciation, not to be treated poorly, especially in a packed restaurant where they're clearly holding things together.

Overall, I'd absolutely come back for the atmosphere & the bar staff, but management really needs to do better. A sincere apology to those employees would be a good start.

Woooooooow what an amazing place. I showed up at 9:15 on a Saturday. It was pretty busy but got a seat right away.

The ambiance was really nice. I like how they have a board that can be personalized & drinks as well with decals or text.

Our waiter Kai was amazing. Super helpful in navigating the menu & super accommodating when you dont know what to order. The whole menu looks delicious. Was super present & attentive towards us.

My friend ordered the nachos. I loved how light the chips were & how it was well balanced. I like how instead of it being'deep' theyre layered & youll always have toppings on every chip instead of heavy toppings & 80% chips like most places. I love how light & fresh they tasted.

I ordered the maple spicy winner winner chicken dinner items. I love how it was hot & a challenge to eat but not over bearing. I love how they start off a light coating of the sauce & give you extra to deep your meet that isn't sauced. The mountain of fried guarantees you dont leave hungry.

Overall really good place. You like chiken you like service with a personalized vibe this place is for you!

Birdhouse is solid. A very welcome addition to the restaurants at Centropolis Laval. Food was very good & the service was attentive. You wouldn't think of ordering salad at a chicken place, but the two salads were delicious. My starter was a warm pretzel with everything dill, that was a hit. I was told that they make a great smash burger, till next time…

My husband & I have been spending our Fridays at the Birdhouse for over a year. Why? Because it feels like home!
Amazing vibe, great music, delicious drinks, an incredible menu with tons of variety (& everything is cooked to perfection), & the most attentive & friendliest staff & management that you won't find anywhere else. A special shout out to the management - Chris & Olivier ensure that your experience is perfection from the second you walk through the door until the moment you leave - Kim, Shawnika, Jessica, Samara, Alex, Fritz, Kai & Gino are a fabulous team - all there to ensure you are well taken care of. Bravo to everyone who works there! & of course, Lorne, for building this experience (as it's not just a restaurant!).

First time at the Laval location. We were a group of 8. Normally I go to the West Island location but we changed it up. Such a great vibe, attentive service & amazing wings. As an added bonus their smash burgers are ridiculous! Go!
