Love, love , love this place! The food, ambiance & staff were amazing. The dishes were light & fresh & all one more pleasant than the other. Not to mention the cocktails. One of my favourite picks for 2026! 🙌
Let's start by saying I hated it!!! BECAUSE I know I'll be dreaming about every dish for as long as my ADHD allows. We had three courses & dessert, each with an Italian name I won't attempt to butcher, so bear with me. There is Campari everywhere. Not super important but I was like wow.
Ok what was eaten:
Endive Salad: Perfectly balanced flavors with a kick of tangy vinaigrette. Simple, fresh, & so well done.
Pasta with Veal Meatballs: This one. The smellllllll of the tomato sauce instantly transported us to our grandmothers' houses on a Sunday afternoon. Full-blown nostalgia moment & obviously absolutely delicious.
Fish with Pesto: PERFECTION. Nothing more to say.
Molten Lava Cake: 10/10. Paired with some raspberry goodness. DID NOT disappointment, pure joy.
In short, every plate was simple yet layered with thoughtful, intentional flavors. Nothing felt overlooked. You can see into the kitchen if you get close enough, I always like that.
I genuinely think this is the perfect spot for a small group of friends who like sharing dishes…you get to try more of their fantastic menu. It's very open. Looks like they could accommodate a giant group comfortably.

This is THE spot for classy & cozy dining. The staff was super friendly & gave us great recommendations! Dozens of Campari cocktails to choose from - I was pleasantly surprised by the Negroni Svegliato with coffee. We shared every dish we ordered (& we ordered a LOT) & everything was excellently prepared. The standouts of the night were the bruschetta with n'duja - a spicy sausage I'd never tried before, the lamb pasta, & the STEAK. Plus, the sheer variety of pasta shapes was mesmerizing to behold! Make sure you've got plenty of focaccia to soak up all the tasty leftover goop. & for dessert, you really have to try the pistachio-encrusted ice cream, it's the perfect finale to a memorable meal. Great spot for a date, or ideally a double- or triple-date so you can try more dishes!!!
I want to start by saying the place is very nice decorated & the service was very friendly!
However, i'm a bit disappointed with the food since I had high expectations for this place, it was wasn't bad but it wasn't wow either. We asked if it was good to share between two people & we were told yes, but after 2 entrees, 2 mains & 2 desserts, we were still hungry as the dishes were way smaller than expected. l
To start, we had the Doppia Bruschetta, which was extremely salty & Crudo (this one was good). As main, we had Risotto N'duja e Burrata which was good, & Linguine which was alright. The highlight was the tiramisu, the tortino & the aperols spritz.
The service is great, everyone is in a good mood, they come check-in on you often to make sure you're not missing anything & they even ask if you have any recommendations or if you'd change anything in your dishes once you're done eating. We had the red snapper crudo to start, the walnut pesto pasta, the braised lamb pasta, the shoulder steak as mains & a chocolate fondant to share. Everything was fantastic!
I was excited to try this restaurant as a fan of La Panzeria, but I was really disappointed. I won't be returning. The food is decent, but nothing special. La Panzeria has a unique & original concept, with a small menu where everything is delicious. In comparison, Bribante has a ton of Italian restaurants competing, & I think it's just okay. The prices are exorbitant for the dishes; for example, the saffron risotto at $32 is really just an appetizer portion in my opinion. The service was excellent.
A VERY good option if you are feeling like getting some real italian food, the risotto alla milanese is incredible, the arrosticini along with the the endive salad were the perfect entree for it & balanced out the complete meal. If you don't know that much about italian food I would definitely search up some of the dishes so that you can make the right choices because it worked great for me.
