The girl who was working the front counter on November 23rd, 2024, at 5:30 pm (don't know her name), was super nice. Also, the lady who emerged from the back & told us about the cookies, was nice. Both very friendly. The burgers were exactly what you'd want from a quality, fast-food style burger, & the fries were fresh & very good. They also give a pretty substantial serving of fries. The burger I tried (Bello burger) was a'smash' burger (very flattened beef patties), & it's possible that all the burgers are that style, but I'm not sure. This was a very satisfying meal. The place was great. Go here. About as good as five guys, but maybe more options.Voir plus

Fast food is not my thing. But since this place opened, I have been curious.
So, I dragged a friend & went for burgers & fries.
The menu is up on the wall. As with most fast-food restaurants, someone takes your order & you sit & wait. The plus, your order is then brought to you.
We both had the same thing. We ordered cheeseburgers & fries.
The fries were amazing, home-cut fries, perfectly cooked & served hot.
The taste of the burger & the Billy K special sauce was delicious. The burger is loaded with cheese, Billy K sauce, pickles, onions, & lettuce. Except order the double. I didn't. Now I regret it. The single burger is so thin. Yes, I know it's a smash burger but it was not enough.
The fountain soda is unlimited.
All was still under $20.
Will I go back? Yes, but I will order the double burger. Enjoy.Voir plus

Great service today from the employee at the cash. She was kind & helpful when I mentioned my egg allergies. She suggested it was safer for me to remove the sauce from my order. The restaurant was clean as well as our table. Order came after about 10 mins & it was a lot of food. We were so full from a chicken wrap, hotdogs & poutine. I liked this place as it was convenient to get a quick bite. All the patrons were friendly & said by to the cashier as they left. Great experience & price point was reasonable for lunch.Voir plus

One of the most incredible Billy K locations I have ever been too. I have gone with 8 kids( my own kids plus their friends) in tow & each time our food came fast perfect, incredibly tasty & as always the owner who is such a kind & caring individual with staff that is JUST as incredible came met with us & spent time with us.

Usually go here for their 2 for $ deals. Their buffalo chicken wrap is very tasty. Although their prices did go up, I still find it to be worth the $. However the only disappointing thing is that they remove their chicken burgers from that deal. That was what made me first try their location & it was 5 star.Voir plus

I've ordered from Billy K multiple times & have always loved the food. However, when I placed an order through Uber that was completely wrong & now Uber has apparently cracked down on their refund policy for wrong orders (according to them the order was'right') I called Billy K 2 times & both times the employee on the phone seemed sympathetic (they told me they put the wrong receipt on the wrong bag so was a restaurant mistake not the Uber driver)& said they would call me back with a solution & never called. So as a general overview, the food is always great but I would recommend going in person & not ordering on Uber/3rd party apps as you will have no customer service if something goes wrong with your order!Voir plus

Billy K's hosted our musical group yesterday & is our new place for the yearly tradition of a late night meal after our Friday night productions. We had a blast! As a group of over 50 people with the restaurants small size we were unsure how it would work out - but it ended up being the best experience. The food was amazing, we were served quickly & efficiently! Overall we had a surreal experience with Billy K's. Thank you again for a night like no other!Voir plus

The restaurant is clean & welcoming & the staff are friendly but the food was not good at all. I had the Billy bowl & if I want to summarize it, it was bland & cold. This was the first time trying out Billy K's & the food was disappointing. I ended up putting probably around 5 packs of pepper , salt & ketchup in the rice to make it eatable. It's a shame cause they really do have a nice place & a good location. I do not recommend this placeVoir plus

The place is clean & looks nice, & the food was prepared in a good amount of time, those were the pros for me. I had the Billy Burger with fries. However, to me, both the burger & the fries were very bland, as if there was no seasoning. Not much sauce either.Voir plus
