Wow! I go in to pick up an order for Uber & saw their 12.99 trio burger special ,so I said ok I will try it. He was always smiling & said I'll add extra cheese & added more sauce & said he will make me a full burger cheese . He gave me over the top fries more then it could hold! He even served it to me on a tray & put it on my table ! I had to ask his name. He said Coco. I told him I get reviewed & I definetely must review you He was thrilled if my response , excellent!. Coco are you the owner I forgot to ask lol!

There is a new kid on the block in the burger business. Billy K's has now opened three locations in Montreal & is doing quite well. Their extensive menu goes beyond burgers. My diet throughout the years has been burgers. I had them all over North America. I can honestly say that I was quite surprised by the Billy Burger. It knocked my socks off! Billy K's Pointe-Claire is the family's newest addition.

I ordered the Billy Burger with regular poutine. I can tell you that this was the freshest burger I have had in a long time. It looks like a Big Mac but uses Triple-A Angus beef with an amazing sauce. The Billy Burger was authentic, unlike other burgers out there. The Billy Burger literally melted in my mouth; it was so soft & enjoyable to eat. Their signature sauce is a must! The poutine was out of this world. Lately, hamburgers from some fast-food restaurants just taste bland & are not cutting it for me. My experience was very enjoyable. My poutine was made with fresh-cut fries, gooey sauce, & cheese curds.

Billy K's has an extensive menu for all appetites. Let's begin with the hamburgers. Billy K's has ten different hamburgers to pick from. Hot dogs are plentiful, with eight different varieties. They have 11 poutine offerings & fries with different toppings, such as Cajun, parmesan, & sauce. You can pick seven different options in both submarine & wrap form. You've got a family to feed, & you can choose a family size from three options. There is a hot dog family box, a hamburger box, & a submarine box. If these portions are too big for the little ones, Billy K's has kid-friendly sizes. @mtlrestorap

Good burgers, quality ingredients, tastes fresh. Poutine was very good with lots of cheese curds although the sauce is a little more peppery than I prefer. Overall good portions for the price & the best part was the warm, friendly service. I would go again & recommend.

Repas de fin de soirée, spécial 2 petites poutines pour 17$. La portion petite est quand même de bonne taille. On peut commander directement au comptoir ou à la borne libre service. Le personnel au comptoir emporte la commande à notre table. Repas servi rapidement. La quantité de sauce est suffisante & pas trop pour noyer les frites maison. Restaurant propre & bien décoré. Environ 25 places assises & une grande banquette.

Fast food is not my thing. But since this place opened, I have been curious.
So, I dragged a friend & went for burgers & fries.
The menu is up on the wall. As with most fast-food restaurants, someone takes your order & you sit & wait. The plus, your order is then brought to you.
We both had the same thing. We ordered cheeseburgers & fries.
The fries were amazing, home-cut fries, perfectly cooked & served hot.
The taste of the burger & the Billy K special sauce was delicious. The burger is loaded with cheese, Billy K sauce, pickles, onions, & lettuce. Except order the double. I didn't. Now I regret it. The single burger is so thin. Yes, I know it's a smash burger but it was not enough.
The fountain soda is unlimited.
All was still under $20.
Will I go back? Yes, but I will order the double burger. Enjoy.

Great service today from the employee at the cash. She was kind & helpful when I mentioned my egg allergies. She suggested it was safer for me to remove the sauce from my order. The restaurant was clean as well as our table. Order came after about 10 mins & it was a lot of food. We were so full from a chicken wrap, hotdogs & poutine. I liked this place as it was convenient to get a quick bite. All the patrons were friendly & said by to the cashier as they left. Great experience & price point was reasonable for lunch.

The place is clean & looks nice, & the food was prepared in a good amount of time, those were the pros for me. I had the Billy Burger with fries. However, to me, both the burger & the fries were very bland, as if there was no seasoning. Not much sauce either.

What a disappointment! I ordered from here early November & the burger & onion rings were fabulous! Tonight it was the worst burger ever. Dripping in sauce,so much so it poured down my hand...not kidding. The onion rings were soggy because they were put in a poutine bowl! The condensation was dripping down the inside of the bowl.Last time they came in a paper bag,they way it should be. It was all barely eatable. Bottom line...NOT CONSISTENT. Role the dice on ordering from here. At today's prices food should be consistent.

Absolutely loved it here. The burgers are sooo delicious & juicy. It's like McDonald Big Mac but with real meat! Their fries are also very delicious. They have different sauces & they are all yummy. The owner is so kind & welcoming. The staff is also amazing, they are all soooo kind & welcoming. Best burgers & atmosphere in town! Highly recommend. Huge thank you!

Without a doubt, it's a must visit place! Great atmosphere, service & impeccable food. If you are looking to hang out with your friends & grab a tasty bite this is definitely the place to go. Staff is very welcoming & offer you several suggestions tailored to your taste bud preferences, they give you sauces & take their time in making sure the food is freshly served with quality within time. Highly recommended place!

Billy K's is a generic burger place - thin patties, cooked through - we didn't take the Billy K sauce opting instead for mustard & relish, onion, pickle & lettuce - they don't have tomatoes (or at least didn't when we were there). The bun was fluffy, the fries were good (not greasy enough & not well enough done for my taste - I much prefer the fries at the nearby Cote St. Luc BBQ, though they don't do burgers, so the point is moot. I found the soft drinks to be massively overpriced at $3.75 per can as were the small fries ($5.50), but those were offset by the very reasonable price for the burgers (2 for $12). The bill for 2 burgers, 2 drinks & one order of fries came to $25.40 plus tax & tip (the cashier was very pleasant & did bring our food to the table). The place is clean & quiet, even if the décor is pretty stark. It was our first time there. We will be back.

It was ok. The smashed burger was good but the poutine wasn't anything to write home about. I never understand when places charge more than elsewhere for a poutine but cheap out on the cheese. What am I paying extra for, the sauce lol? I'm glad I tried it out but won't be back unless there's a promotion or something, there are cheaper options around where food is just as good
