Great experience. The service was EXCELLENT - friendly, fast, & very attentive. The food was really good & fresh, & everything came out quickly. It's a great spot if you're looking for a casual meal with solid quality & good portions. I'll definitely be coming back.

Quelle belle découverte au Billy K's ! J'ai été charmé par le service attentionné & l'accueil chaleureux de toute l'équipe, notamment Patrick & Koko qui méritent une mention spéciale. La fraîcheur des plats & leurs saveurs ont su me séduire. Le restaurant affiche une propreté irréprochable & dégage une ambiance conviviale. Si vous êtes dans le secteur, je vous encourage fortement à visiter le Billy K's sur Brunswick à Pointe-Claire !

Not enough social interaction between us the staff. We literally had to figure things out on our own. Food was good, but not enough cheese curds or toppings in the poutine, we had to manage our bites if we wanted to have more than a French fry with sauce at the end. Overall a bit over priced in my opinion. 50$ for 1 chicken burger & 2 poutines (crispy chicken, smoked meat),no drinks.

Ordered a single poutine in store towards 11pm only to wait over 30 minutes… the cashier told us that he forgot about the order & wasn't willing to compensate for his mistake until we asked him to make extra… nonetheless we waited another 20 minutes or so, by the end i was barely hungry & food was mid.

Hours are not up to date, drove 15 minutes for it to be closed at 10:00 when it said open until 1am.

Wow! I go in to pick up an order for Uber & saw their 12.99 trio burger special ,so I said ok I will try it. He was always smiling & said I'll add extra cheese & added more sauce & said he will make me a full burger cheese . He gave me over the top fries more then it could hold! He even served it to me on a tray & put it on my table ! I had to ask his name. He said Coco. I told him I get reviewed & I definetely must review you He was thrilled if my response , excellent!. Coco are you the owner I forgot to ask lol!
