Great service today from the employee at the cash. She was kind & helpful when I mentioned my egg allergies. She suggested it was safer for me to remove the sauce from my order. The restaurant was clean as well as our table. Order came after about 10 mins & it was a lot of food. We were so full from a chicken wrap, hotdogs & poutine. I liked this place as it was convenient to get a quick bite. All the patrons were friendly & said by to the cashier as they left. Great experience & price point was reasonable for lunch.View more
We got their bello poutine & it was sooooo goood!! we also got the 2 hamburgers for $13 & it was solid! The price was decent for the amount of food! 9/10 would definitely come back to try their other food!View more
What a disappointment! I ordered from here early November & the burger & onion rings were fabulous! Tonight it was the worst burger ever. Dripping in sauce,so much so it poured down my hand...not kidding. The onion rings were soggy because they were put in a poutine bowl! The condensation was dripping down the inside of the bowl.Last time they came in a paper bag,they way it should be. It was all barely eatable. Bottom line...NOT CONSISTENT. Role the dice on ordering from here. At today's prices food should be consistent.View more

Aujourd'hui 15h25 personne dans le restaurant pourtant la serveuse ne prend pas notre commande elle nous laisse se débrouiller sur la borne ... elle, elle attend .... Le menu est incompréhensible! Cher .... On prend 2 menus enfants ( ne propose pas de boisson fontaine juste des jus ) & 1 poutine & 1 frite arranger ... 50$! & propose de mettre un tips !!? Un tips à qui la vendeuse qui fou rien & qui mange au comptoir en même temps ? Le repas arrive ... frites à moitié cuites dans la poutine. Les steak des hamburger enfant sont des galettes de riz c'est tellement mince que c'est de la dentelle ! Le « cuisinier « sort ... il fait sale il ne porte ni filet à cheveux ni filet à barbe ... en disant ça au même moment on trouve un poil ( de barbe ) au fond de la barquette du menu enfant ! C'est mauvais, c'est cher, l'hygiène laisse à désirer & en plus la vendeuse n'est pas agréable .... On n'y remettra pas les piedsView more

The Billy burger is really my favorite. The staffs are super nice & friendly. I want to try different poutine next time when i can allow more calories lol. Their Chili is awesome too, tasty 😋 with creamy texture & good mix of flavors with meat & beans, only if it could be more spicy for my taste 😁View more

It was ok. The smashed burger was good but the poutine wasn't anything to write home about. I never understand when places charge more than elsewhere for a poutine but cheap out on the cheese. What am I paying extra for, the sauce lol? I'm glad I tried it out but won't be back unless there's a promotion or something, there are cheaper options around where food is just as goodView more
