The girl who was working the front counter on November 23rd, 2024, at 5:30 pm (don't know her name), was super nice. Also, the lady who emerged from the back & told us about the cookies, was nice. Both very friendly. The burgers were exactly what you'd want from a quality, fast-food style burger, & the fries were fresh & very good. They also give a pretty substantial serving of fries. The burger I tried (Bello burger) was a'smash' burger (very flattened beef patties), & it's possible that all the burgers are that style, but I'm not sure. This was a very satisfying meal. The place was great. Go here. About as good as five guys, but maybe more options.View more

Fast food is not my thing. But since this place opened, I have been curious.
So, I dragged a friend & went for burgers & fries.
The menu is up on the wall. As with most fast-food restaurants, someone takes your order & you sit & wait. The plus, your order is then brought to you.
We both had the same thing. We ordered cheeseburgers & fries.
The fries were amazing, home-cut fries, perfectly cooked & served hot.
The taste of the burger & the Billy K special sauce was delicious. The burger is loaded with cheese, Billy K sauce, pickles, onions, & lettuce. Except order the double. I didn't. Now I regret it. The single burger is so thin. Yes, I know it's a smash burger but it was not enough.
The fountain soda is unlimited.
All was still under $20.
Will I go back? Yes, but I will order the double burger. Enjoy.View more

Usually go here for their 2 for $ deals. Their buffalo chicken wrap is very tasty. Although their prices did go up, I still find it to be worth the $. However the only disappointing thing is that they remove their chicken burgers from that deal. That was what made me first try their location & it was 5 star.View more

The place is clean & looks nice, & the food was prepared in a good amount of time, those were the pros for me. I had the Billy Burger with fries. However, to me, both the burger & the fries were very bland, as if there was no seasoning. Not much sauce either.View more

What a disappointment! I ordered from here early November & the burger & onion rings were fabulous! Tonight it was the worst burger ever. Dripping in sauce,so much so it poured down my hand...not kidding. The onion rings were soggy because they were put in a poutine bowl! The condensation was dripping down the inside of the bowl.Last time they came in a paper bag,they way it should be. It was all barely eatable. Bottom line...NOT CONSISTENT. Role the dice on ordering from here. At today's prices food should be consistent.View more

Perfectly cooked burgers seasoned just right whether you choose beef or chicken both are equally delicious. Huge portion of fries are absolutely superb, plenty to share. Excellent customer service too, reasonable prices as well. Update - Oct 27 2023 A big shout out to Coco (owner) for making amends on my order tonight, last time I ordered there was a mix up tonight everything was perfect. Absolutely loved it here. The burgers are sooo delicious & juicy. It's like McDonald Big Mac but with real meat! Their fries are also very delicious. They have different sauces & they are all yummy. Ordered the Cheeseburger & a regular fry to take out. The burger was excellent & so were the fries, however you get so many fries, you simply can't finish them. You'd be better off splitting a regular fry between two people. Otherwise. nicely done.View more

The Billy burger is really my favorite. The staffs are super nice & friendly. I want to try different poutine next time when i can allow more calories lol. Billy K's is a generic burger place - thin patties, cooked through - we didn't take the Billy K sauce opting instead for mustard & relish, onion, pickle & lettuce - they don't have tomatoes (or at least didn't when we were there). The bun was fluffy, the fries were good (not greasy enough & not well enough done for my taste - I much prefer the fries at the nearby Cote St. Luc BBQ, though they don't do burgers, so the point is moot. I found the soft drinks to be massively overpriced at $3.75 per can as were the small fries ($5.50), but those were offset by the very reasonable price for the burgers (2 for $12). The bill for 2 burgers, 2 drinks & one order of fries came to $25.40 plus tax & tip (the cashier was very pleasant & did bring our food to the table). The place is clean & quiet, even if the décor is pretty stark. It was our first time there. We will be back.View more
