Not an authentic smash burger joint even though the cashier told us all of their burgers are smash burgers (smash burger = ultra-thin patty with a crunchy, caramelized crust). Friendly staff. Poutine was really good.

The food & experience was overall mostly good. Poutine sauce was quite salty, which I think they could improve upon. The service was almost a bust thanks to the cashier, though. Asked what a certain item on the menu had in it, she didn't know, but was completely clueless how to answer. Couldn't find the information, & even showed she had no idea the item exists on the menu until I pointed it out. She seemed annoyed to look it up, & then just guessed. Thankfully the person after her who was sticking around (probably the manager) was much more polite & courteous, which redeemed it a little.

Ordered a single poutine in store towards 11pm only to wait over 30 minutes… the cashier told us that he forgot about the order & wasn't willing to compensate for his mistake until we asked him to make extra… nonetheless we waited another 20 minutes or so, by the end i was barely hungry & food was mid.

Great service today from the employee at the cash. She was kind & helpful when I mentioned my egg allergies. She suggested it was safer for me to remove the sauce from my order. The restaurant was clean as well as our table. Order came after about 10 mins & it was a lot of food. We were so full from a chicken wrap, hotdogs & poutine. I liked this place as it was convenient to get a quick bite. All the patrons were friendly & said by to the cashier as they left. Great experience & price point was reasonable for lunch.

The cashier is too friendly was flirting with my boyfriend the whole time we were waiting for our food. I went to the bathroom & came back to this. Had to go wait outside
