Billy K's has good branding & packaging, & everything looks promising at first. I ordered the BOGO Small Bowl Grilled Chicken.
Unfortunately, the portions were disappointing. The two bowls were relatively small, & most of the bowl consisted of rice. The rice tasted overcooked & not very fresh. There were only a few toppings & a limited amount of chicken, to the point where I joked that it felt more like a vegetarian bowl than a chicken bowl.
The presentation is good, but the food quality & value for money did not match the expectations created by the packaging & marketing. Overall, an average experience for me.
We got pick up late night on a weekday. Our order was fulfilled very quickly?! Friendly & efficient staff, clean restaurant👍. The Bello burger well satisfied our cheeseburger craving, it was huge🍔🍔🍔. The beef was perfectly cooked & clearly of high quality! They do not hold out on the cheese🧀!! The salad was extremely fresh & had a great mix of fresh veggies, & the dressing was flavorful & well portioned🥗. We would love to come back!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have eaten several times here, the hamburgers are pretty good, very good quality/quantity value... but the french fries they serve you a lot but I don't recommend them, overcook, very oily & soft, feels like eating cardboard soaked in old cooking oil. I hope they improve it because the rest of their menu are very good.
We entered & we were greeting very warmly & since it was our first time, one of the employees was nice enough to explain their menu. We had ordered a Billy Burger & a Philly steak submarine. The cook explained how the Billy Burger was a Big Max but better & honestly, it really was. As for my submarine, the hoagie roll was soft & the cheese was entirely melted. The steak was soft as well & very pleasant. Also for the quality, the price was very good! 10/10 would definitely recommend this place.
